Управління комерційною діяльністю компанії ТОВ «ЗАПОРІЖХЕНДЛІНГ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 71 сторінкв, 6 таблиць, 4 рисунка. Перелік використаних джерел нараховує 49 найменування. Актуальність теми роботи обумовлена тим, що у повоєнний період для України особливої уваги набуває питання відбудови та соціально- економічного розвитку. Одним із таких важливих і перспективних напрямків для України як рівноправного і конкурентоспроможного партнера в системі міжнародних торговельно-економічних зв’язків може слугувати розвиток авіаційної сфери, зокрема у напрямку функціонування аеропортової діяльності. Об’єкт дослідження – система управління комерційною діяльностю ТОВ «ЗАПОРІЖХЕНДЛІНГ». Інформаційну базу роботи становлять чинна законодавча базу, наукова та спеціалізована література з теми дослідження, періодичні статті, монографії, роботи конференцій та доповіді, звітні дані ТОВ «ЗАПОРІЖХЕНДЛІНГ». В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління комерційною діяльністю хендлігової компанії. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано основні елементи наземного обслуговування ТОВ «ЗАПОРІЖХЕНДЛІНГ» на території КП Міжнародний аеропорт «Запоріжжя» та запропоновано ряд заходів щодо підвищення ефективності його комерційної діяльності.

The relevance of the topic of the work is due to the fact that in the post-war period for Ukraine, the issue of reconstruction and socio-economic development receives special attention. One of such important and promising directions for Ukraine as an equal and competitive partner in the system of international trade and economic relations can be the development of the aviation sector, in particular in the direction of airport operations. The object of the research is the commercial activity management system of "ZAPORIZHHANDLING" LLC. The information base of the work consists of the current legal framework, scientific and specialized literature on the topic of research, periodical articles, monographs, conference proceedings and reports, reporting data of LLC "ZAPORIZHHANDLING". In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the performance of the work, the theoretical foundations of managing the commercial activities of the hand league company were considered. On the basis of the theoretical material, the main elements of ground handling of LLC "ZAPORIZHHANDLING" on the territory of KP International Airport "Zaporizhzhia" were analyzed and a number of measures were proposed to increase the efficiency of its commercial activity.
