Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми «Організація імпортозаміщення в умовах воєнного часу» зумовлена забезпеченістю формування ефективних засад управління імпортозаміщення в умовах воєнного часу та розподілу ресурсів, в умовах війни які на ринку нафтопродуктів. Методом кваліфікаційного дослідження є розробка теоретичних пропозицій та практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення засад управління імпортними матеріальними потоками. Для досягнення поставленої мети було поставлено завдання представляти понятійний апарат у сфері наукового забезпечення імпортозаміщення; факори економічні та суто процесні складові управління імпортом логістикою; дослідити сучасні підходи та проблеми управління ринком; провести структурний аналіз та здійснити оцінку показників ефективності управління імпортом. Об’єктом дослідження є імпортозаміщення підприємства в умовах транспортних обмежень та невизначеності.

EN : The relevance of the topic "Organization of import substitution in wartime conditions" is due to ensuring the formation of effective principles of import substitution management in wartime conditions and the distribution of resources in the oil products market in wartime conditions. The method of qualification research is the development of theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for improving the principles of management of imported material flows. To achieve the goal, the task was set to present a conceptual apparatus in the field of scientific support of import substitution; economic and purely procedural components of import logistics management; to investigate modern approaches and problems of market management; conduct a structural analysis and evaluate the performance indicators of import management. The object of the study is import substitution of the enterprise in conditions of transport restrictions and uncertainty.
