Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи «Організація міжнародних перевезень в умовах воєнного часу» зумовлена фактичним станом транспортної блокади українського бізнесу та імпорту в умовах повномасштабної військової агресії Росії проти народу України та наслідками такої блокади партнерів для вітчизняних підприємств експортерів та імпортерів та споживачів-громадян. Мета написання кваліфікаційної роботи – розробити оптимальну схему міжнародних перевезень з урахуванням обмежень в логістиці. Обʼєкт дослідження – умови транспортування товарів та послуг в Україні державними та приватними організаціями. Предмет – технології розширення ринку в Україні. В роботі розглядається теоретичний апарат міжнародної торгівлі, зокрема поняття транспортних перевезень за формальними правилами із забезпеченням принципів прозорості та відкритості, економності, змагальності та відповідності потребам. Відзначається, що поєднання цих вимог траспортування є складним процесом, що потребує нормативного удосконалення, визначається сучасний стан системи транспортування в Україні в державному та корпоративному секторах, переваги та недоліки формалізованих підходів та використання он-лайн платформ для роботи. Аналізується сучасний стан транспортування та супутньої сфери та проблеми в реалізації контрактів, вплив логістики на імпорт та експорт та динаміку ситуації. Визначено, що неформальна процедура хоча й підвищує потенційні можливості розпорядників кошті, проте затримує час, пропонується низка рішень для подолання проблем логістики в сфері зовнішньої торгівлі.

The relevance of the subject of the qualification work "Organization of international transportation in wartime conditions" is determined by the actual state of the transport blockade of Ukrainian business and imports in the conditions of full-scale military aggression of Russia against the people of Ukraine and the consequences of such a blockade of partners for domestic enterprises of exporters and importers and consumer-citizens. The purpose of writing the qualification work is to develop an optimal scheme of international transportation, taking into account the limitations in logistics. The object of the research is the conditions of transportation of goods and services in Ukraine by state and private organizations. The subject is market expansion technologies in Ukraine. The paper examines the theoretical apparatus of international trade, in particular, the concept of transportation according to formal rules, ensuring the principles of transparency and openness, economy, competitiveness and compliance with needs. It is noted that the combination of these transportation requirements is a complex process that requires regulatory improvement, the current state of the transportation system in Ukraine in the state and corporate sectors, the advantages and disadvantages of formalized approaches and the use of online platforms for work is determined. The current state of transportation and related fields and problems in the implementation of contracts, the impact of logistics on import and export, and the dynamics of the situation are analyzed. It was determined that the informal procedure, although it increases the potential capabilities of the managers of funds, but delays time, a number of solutions are proposed to overcome the problems of logistics in the field of foreign trade.
