Управління життєздатністю ПП «Оліяр» шляхом формування антикризових заходів

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 101 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 17 таблиць, 13 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління життєздатністю ПП «Оліяр» шляхом формування антикризових заходів. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів управління життєздатністю ПП «Оліяр» шляхом формування антикризових заходів. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління життєздатністю ПП «Оліяр» та розробка антикризових заходів. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово- економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: 1) проведена експрес-оцінка рівня фінансової безпеки; 2) продіагностовано фінансову безпеку ПП «Оліяр» на основі індикаторного підходу 2) запропоновано заходи щодо антикризового управління підприємством на основі збалансування рівня дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості; 3) запропоновано впровадження цифрових трансформації для підвищення рівня економічної безпеки підприємства. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами для покращення стану управління життєздатністю підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 101 pages of printed text, contains 17 tables, 13 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The purpose of the work is develop of theoretical-methodical and organizational provisions and develop of practical recommendations for improving the viability management of PE "Oliyar" and development of anti-crisis measures. To achieve the goal, the tasks are set: determine the essence of managing the enterprise's activities as a necessary condition for ensuring its viability; consider the role of anti-crisis management in the financial stabilization of the enterprise; to systematize methodical approaches for diagnosing the economic security of an enterprise as an indicator of its viability; conduct an express rating assessment of the level of financial security of the enterprise; conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the financial security of PE "Oliyar" based on the indicator approach; propose measures to improve the management of receivables and payables in the anti-crisis management system; to propose the use of digitalization of the enterprise to increase the level of economic security of the enterprise. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of managing the viability of PE "Oliyar" through the formation of anti-crisis measures. The object of the study is the process of managing the viability of PE "Oliyar" by forming anti-crisis measures. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) an express assessment of the level of financial security was carried out; 2) the financial security of PE "Oliyar" was diagnosed based on the indicator approach; 2) measures were proposed for anti-crisis management of the enterprise based on balancing the level of receivables and payables; 3) the implementation of digital transformations is proposed to increase the level of economic security of the enterprise Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method. Тhe results of the study can be applied by enterprises to improve the state of enterprise viability management. The results of the research are of practical importance and can be used by heads of financial divisions of companies to develop tactical and strategic solutions that will increase the viability of their companies.
