Формування інвестиційних ресурсів на ПрАТ «ВФ Україна»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 13 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 102 джерела, з них 3 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування інвестиційних ресурсів та аналіз підприємства ПрАТ «ВФ Україна». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування інвестиційних ресурсів на прикладі ПрАТ «ВФ Україна». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження теоретичних основ інвестування, формування інвестиційних ресурсів підприємства, дослідження сучасного ринку джерел інвестиційних ресурсів та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо інноваційних джерел формування інвестиційних ресурсів. Методи дослідження: системний, загальнонауковий, метод логічного узагальнення, порівняльний, дедуктивний, комплексний підхід, кількісний аналіз, графічний, абстрактно-логічний, прогнозований, фінансово- економічного та статистичного аналізу, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: розглянуто теоретичні основи поняття інвестицій, інвестиційних ресурсів, принципи, види та джерела інвестиційних ресурсів, досліджено можливі сучасні джерела інвестиційних ресурсів, проаналізовано ПрАТ «ВФ Україна», його фінансово-економічну діяльність, інвестиційний портфель, джерела поповнення інвестицій, досліджено шляхи залучення інвестицій для можливостей впровадження інновацій. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) проаналізовано організаційно-фінансовий стан ПрАТ «ВФ Україна»; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення стратегії формування та диверсифікації інвестиційних ресурсів підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 13 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 102 sources, 3 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of formation of investment resources and the analysis of the enterprise "VF Ukraine" PrJSC. The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of investment resources on the example of PJSC "VF Ukraine". The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the theoretical foundations of investing, the formation of investment resources of the enterprise, the study of the modern market of sources of investment resources and the development of practical recommendations regarding innovative sources of the formation of investment resources. Research methods: systematic, general scientific, method of logical generalization, comparative, deductive, complex approach, quantitative analysis, graphic, abstract-logical, forecasted, financial-economic and statistical analysis, summary, etc. The results obtained: the theoretical foundations of the concept of investments, investment resources, principles, types and sources of investment resources were considered, possible modern sources of investment resources were investigated, PJSC "VF Ukraine", its financial and economic activities, investment portfolio, sources of replenishment of investments were analyzed, the ways of attraction were investigated investments for innovation opportunities. Obtained results and their novelty: 1) the organizational and financial condition of PJSC "VF Ukraine" was analyzed; 2) recommendations on improving the strategy of formation and diversification of investment resources of the enterprise were developed; 3) in order to forecast the effect of financial leverage under the conditions of diversification of investment resources, the tool of financial leverage was applied, and the significant influence of such factors as the availability and size of credit resources and the profitability of the company was revealed.
