Оцінка конкурентспроможності як основного чинника забезпечення економічної безпеки ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 117 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 53 таблиці, 16 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 105 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних аспектів конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: удосконалено методику оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства; сформовано механізм забезпечення конкурентоспроможності; визначено напрямки підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності. Результати досліджень спрямовані на удосконалення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс» і можуть бути реалізовані на практиці промислових підприємств. Застосування запропонованих рекомендацій на практиці забезпечить формування та ефективне функціонування конкурентоспроможних підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 117 pages of printed text, contains 53 tables, 16 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 105 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhkoks». The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodological aspects of enterprise competitiveness estimation. The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for estimanion the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. Competitiveness is an important category of modern economics, which affects the success of the enterprise, as well as the efficiency and stability of its development. An effective tool to increase the competitiveness of enterprises and increase competitive advantages is to develop a strategy of financial security aimed at financial stability, preservation and growth of capital, income, as well as saving all kinds of costs. A well-founded strategy of financial support of the company's competitiveness outlines the most effective way, the most productive ways to achieve goals, provides the company with a choice of promising and profitable activities, high demand for its products, a favorable competitive position. The process of enterprise competitiveness management includes monitoring of the competitive environment and assessment of the competitive situation in the industry and the market; diagnosing the competitiveness of the enterprise and its main rivals; competitive positioning of the enterprise; development of the concept and measures to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. Methods of research: logical generalization, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. The obtained results: improved methods of assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise; the mechanism of ensuring competitiveness is formed; запропоновано застосування проектного підходу до забезпечення і моніторингу конкурентоспроможномсті підприємства; identified areas for increasing the level of competitiveness.
