Формування системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки на ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 148 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 35 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 88 джерел, з них 9 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико–методичних, практичних підходів й методів формування системи забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є вивчення теоретико–методичних та практичних основ забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки підприємств, а також вивчення систем його функціонування, обґрунтувати концептуальні засади побудови та функціонування гнучкого механізму управління економічною безпекою підприємств з урахуванням змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, дедукція, індукція, наукова абстракція, економіко–статистичний метод, абстрактно–логічний, науково–методичний підхід. Одержані результати: удосконалено систему забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки підприємства із виділенням основних її елементів, сформовано заходи забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки підприємства, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки за рахунок урахування невизначеності на етапах ідентифікації та аналізу загроз, вироблення запобіжних впливів щодо їх локалізації, удосконалено науково–методичний підхід до оцінки фінансово–економічної безпеки підприємства шляхом розробки механізму інтегральної оцінки. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, методика інтегральної оцінки фінансово–економічної безпеки підприємства, алгоритм забезпечення фінансово–економічної безпеки.

EN : The work is presented on 148 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 35 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 88 sources, 9 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of ensuring financial and economic security. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological, practical approaches and methods of forming a system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of ensuring the financial and economic security of enterprises, as well as to study the systems of its functioning, to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the construction and operation of a flexible mechanism for managing the economic security of enterprises, taking into account changes in the external and internal environment. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, scientific abstraction, economic–statistical method, abstract–logical, scientific–methodical approach. The results obtained: the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise has been improved with the selection of its main elements, measures for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise have been formed, which allows to increase the effectiveness of ensuring financial and economic security by taking into account uncertainty at the stages of identification and analysis of threats, the development of preventive effects on their localization, the scientific–methodical approach to the assessment of the financial and economic security of the enterprise has been improved through the development of an integrated assessment mechanism. In order to assess the financial and economic security of an industrial enterprise, an integrated assessment mechanism was developed (a purposeful process of optimal selection of continuous control methods), which allows the enterprise to function effectively and develop sustainably over a long period. According to the developed methodology, an integral indicator was calculated and it was determined that the financial and economic security of the enterprise corresponds to a high level, but it nevertheless characterizes the need to implement the development of directions for increasing the level of production and organizational–management security of the enterprise. Also, a group of indicators of financial and economic security was determined, which allows the enterprise to function effectively and develop sustainably over a long period. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular, the method of integral assessment of the financial and economic security of the enterprise, the algorithm for ensuring financial and economic security.
