Корпоративна культура як чинник ефективності управління сучасним підприємством

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 60 с., 5 рис., 6 табл., 47 джерел. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних та практичних засад формування корпоративної культури підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження є ТОВ «Kristel nails shop». При написанні кваліфікаційної роботи було використано методи спостереження та аналізу, анкетування та абстрактно-логічного методу. Проаналізовано корпоративну культуру ТОВ "Kristel nails shop" використовуючи методи економічного аналізу та SWOT-аналізу. Метою цієї роботи полягає дослідження корпоративної культури як чинника ефективності управління підприємством та розробка рекомендації для підвищення ефективності управління ТОВ «Kristel nails shop». У першому розділі проведено аналіз змісту та визначення поняття «корпоративна культура» та її вплив на ефективність управління на сучасному підприємстві. Другий розділ присвячено аналізу корпоративної культури ТОВ "Kristel nails shop" та висунуто пропозиції щодо інструментів для її посилення. На підставі обробки теоретичних та практичних матеріалів сформульовано відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні положення. Під час виконання роботи розглянуто теоретичні аспекти корпоративної культури. На основі цього теоретичного матеріалу проведено аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Kristel nails shop», включаючи оцінку ефективності підприємства ТОВ «Kristel nails shop» та розроблено рекомендації щодо його підвищення. Отримані результати дослідження можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Kristel nails shop» для практичного впровадження та сприятимуть покращенню діяльності підприємства.

The subject of the research: a set of theoretical and practical foundations of the formation of the corporate culture of the enterprise. The object of the study is "Kristel nails shop" LLC. The methods of observation and analysis, questionnaires, and the abstract- logical method were used when writing the qualification paper. The corporate culture of "Kristel nails shop" LLC was analyzed using the methods of economic analysis and SWOT analysis. The purpose of this work is the study of corporate culture as a factor in the efficiency of enterprise management and the development of recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management of Kristel nails shop LLC. In the first chapter, an analysis of the content and definition of the concept of "corporate culture" and its influence on the effectiveness of management at a modern enterprise is carried out. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the corporate culture of "Kristel nails shop" LLC and proposals for tools to strengthen it are put forward. Based on the processing of theoretical and practical materials, appropriate conclusions were formulated and specific provisions were substantiated. During the work, the theoretical aspects of corporate culture were considered. On the basis of this theoretical material, an analysis of the activities of "Kristel nails shop" LLC was carried out, including an assessment of the efficiency of the enterprise of "Kristel nails shop" LLC and recommendations for its improvement were developed. The obtained research results can be used by the management of "Kristel nails shop" LLC for practical implementation and will contribute to the improvement of the company's activities.
