Облік і аналіз виробничих запасів на кондитерській фабриці на ТОВ «НАУКОВО-ВИРОБНИЧА ФІРМА «АВЕНСІС»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 106 с., 3 розділи, 20 табл., 14 рис., 19 формул, 79 джерел, 1 додаток. Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління виробничими запасами на підприємствах кондитерської галузі. Мета дослідження полягає в удосконаленні теоретичних положень, методики та організації бухгалтерського обліку й економічного аналізу виробничих запасів на ТОВ «НАУКОВО-ВИРОБНИЧА ФІРМА «АВЕНСІС». Методи дослідження – загальнонаукові методи та емпіричні прийоми дослідження: методи аналогії, аналізу, синтезу, індукції, дедукції, герменевтики, методи теоретичного узагальнення, систематизації, абстрагування, групування, розрахунково-аналітичні методичні прийоми, методи економічного аналізу, монографічний метод та логічні методи економічного аналізу, графічний метод, абстрактно-логічний метод та метод причинно-наслідкових зав’язків. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретичних та методичних положень і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо бухгалтерського обліку й економічного аналізу виробничих запасів на підприємстві. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна: - уточнено сутність поняття «виробничі запаси»; - систематизовано досліджуваний об’єкт обліку за класифікаційними ознаками як регулярністю застосування, період наявності па підприємстві, функціональне призначенням у господарській діяльності; - удосконалено методику обліку виробничих запасів через деталізацію господарських операції відповідно до галузевих особливостей та доповнення функціонального робочого плану рахунків субрахунками першого та другого порядку для обліку виробничих запасів, які базуються на їх змістовному наповненні; - надано рекомендації щодо обрання методів оцінки зворотніх відходів виробництва відповідно до специфіки галузі; - удосконалено методику визначення оптимальних обсягів потреб досліджуваного підприємства у виробничих запасах з урахуванням галузевої специфіки виробництва. Застосування на практиці запропонованих автором рекомендацій дозволить підвищити рівень обліково-аналітичної інформації, необхідної для прийняття управлінських рішень її користувачами.

The object of the study is the process of managing production stocks at enterprises of the confectionery industry. The purpose of the study is to improve the theoretical provisions, methodology and organization of accounting and economic analysis of production stocks at LLC NAUKOVO-VYROBNYCHA FIRMA AVENSIS. Research methods - general scientific methods and empirical methods of research: methods of analogy, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, hermeneutics, methods of theoretical generalization, systematization, abstraction, grouping, computational and analytical methodological techniques, methods of economic analysis, monographic method and logical methods of economic analysis, graphic method, abstract-logical method and method of cause and effect relationships. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for accounting and economic analysis of production stocks at the enterprise. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterized by scientific novelty: - the essence of the concept of «production stocks» has been clarified; - systematized the researched accounting object according to classification features such as regularity of use, period of availability at the enterprise, functional purpose in economic activity; - the method of accounting for production stocks has been improved due to the detailing of business operations in accordance with the specifics of the industry and the addition of the functional work plan of accounts with sub-accounts of the first and second order for accounting for production stocks, which are based on their meaningful filling; - recommendations were provided regarding the selection of methods for evaluating returnable production waste in accordance with the specifics of the industry; - the method of determining the optimal volumes of the needs of the investigated enterprise in production stocks, taking into account the specifics of the production industry, was improved. The practical application of the recommendations proposed by the author will increase the level of accounting and analytical information necessary for management decisions by its users.
