Аналіз ефективності роботи бункерів для зберігання сипких матеріалів

Abstract

UA : Магістерська робота присвячена аналізу форми руху потоку вугілля, його залежністі від форми бункера. Дано поняття про загальні принципи витоку матеріалу з бункеру та можливі заходи оптимізації витоку сипких матеріалів з бункерів. Розглянуто теоретичні основи витоку матеріалу з бункеру та залежність швидкості витоку від форми бункеру. Проведено аналіз роботи бункерів ПАТ «Запоріжсталь».

EN : The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the shape of the coal flow, its dependence on the shape of the bunker. The concept of the general principles of leakage of material from the hopper and possible measures to optimize the leakage of loose materials from the hoppers 5 are given. The theoretical basis of the leakage of material from the hopper and the dependence of the leakage rate on the shape of the hopper are considered. An analysis of the operation of the bunkers of PJSC "Zaporizhstal" was carried out.
