Формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідністю в умовах війни в Україні

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати зміст, форми та методи формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідністю в умовах війни в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідністю в умовах війни в Україні. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідністю в умовах війни в Україні. Методи дослідження: аналіз літератури – вивчення наукових праць, статей та інших джерел, присвячених питанням соціальної компетентності, інвалідності та впливу війни на молодь; порівняльний аналіз – порівняння досвіду різних країн у вирішенні проблем формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідністю під час воєнних конфліктів; аналіз ефективності різних підходів і програм, які були реалізовані в подібних умовах; теоретичний аналіз впливу воєнних дій на психічне здоров’я та соціальні навички молоді з інвалідністю. Теоретичне значення полягає в уточненні і конкретизації сутності поняття «соціальна компетентність молоді з інвалідністю»; розробці рекомендацій з формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідністю. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості застосування розробленої програми з формування соціальної компетентності молоді з інвалідності. Галузь використання: установи соціального захисту, громадські організації, заклади освіти.

EN : The war in Ukraine, which began on February 24, 2022, has significantly complicated the lives of millions of people, including young people with disabilities. This category of the population found itself in a particularly vulnerable situation, as the war not only limited access to education, work, and other basic needs, but also negatively affected their psychosocial adaptation and social competence. According to scientists and practitioners, the relevance of the problem of forming the social competence of young people with disabilities in wartime is due to such factors as the increase in the number of young people with disabilities, limited access to education and work, psychosocial problems, and disruption of social ties. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate the content, forms and methods of forming the social competence of young people with disabilities in the conditions of war in Ukraine. The tasks of the study: - define the essence of the concept of “social competence of young people with disabilities”; - to provide a detailed psychological and pedagogical description of young people with disabilities as a subject of social and pedagogical activity; - to highlight the peculiarities of the formation of social competence of young people with disabilities under martial law; - get acquainted with domestic and foreign experience in the formation of social competence of young people with disabilities; - to develop a program for the formation of social competence of young people with disabilities in the conditions of war in Ukraine. The object of the research: the process of formation of social competence of young people with disabilities in the conditions of war in Ukraine. The subject of the research is the content, forms and methods of forming the social competence of young people with disabilities in the conditions of war in Ukraine. Part 1 “Theoretical Foundations of the Formation of Social Competence of Youth with Disabilities” reveals the essence of the concept of social competence of young people with disabilities; a detailed psychological and pedagogical characteristic of young people with disabilities as a subject of socio-pedagogical activity is provided; The features of the formation of social competence of young people with disabilities under martial law are highlighted. Part 2 “Social and pedagogical work with young people with disabilities on the formation of their social competence” shows domestic and foreign experience in the formation of social competence of young people with disabilities; the program for the formation of social competence of young people with disabilities in the conditions of war in Ukraine has been developed. The results of the study can be used in the work of social protection institutions, public organizations and educational institutions.
