UA : Кваліфікаційна робота Управління мотивацією персоналу у ТОВ «УА «СВ ТУР»: 54 сторінки, 1 таблиця, 6 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 20 найменувань. Актуальність роботи полягає в ефективній мотивації персоналу, яка є одним із найважливіших чинників конкурентоспроможності сучасних організацій. Метою написання роботи є розробка заходів щодо вдосконалення системи мотивації персоналу ТОВ «УА «СВ ТУР». Об’єктом магістерської роботи є ТОВ «УА «СВ ТУР». Предметом дослідження є мотивації персоналу для ТОВ «УА «СВ ТУР». Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. Під час виконання роботи було досліджено теоретичні та методологічні аспекти побудови системи мотивації персоналу; дано характеристику підприємства ТОВ «УА «СВ ТУР»; проаналізовано основні організаційно- економічні показники діяльності організації; проаналізовано та оцінено ефективність системи мотивації праці на підприємстві, розроблено заходи щодо вдосконалення існуючої системи мотивації праці персоналу ТОВ «УА «СВ ТУР».

The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the performance of the work, methodological foundations and functions of competition were developed, key factors of competitive advantage were analyzed. During the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of building a personnel motivation system were investigated; the characteristics of the enterprise "UA "SV TOUR" LLC are given; the main organizational and economic indicators of the organization's activity were analyzed; the effectiveness of the labor motivation system at the enterprise was analyzed and evaluated, measures were developed to improve the existing labor motivation system of the personnel of LLC "UA "SV TUR" LLC.
