Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної роботи обумовлена тим, що для того щоб забезпечувати виживання організації в сучасних умовах, управлінському персоналу необхідно вміти реально оцінювати фінансовий стан як своєї організації, так і існуючих потенційних конкурентів, а також приймати грамотні управлінські рішення з метою своєчасного діагностування причин погіршення фінансового стану та визначення шляхів його відновлення, забезпечення існуючої рентабельності діяльності, а також економічного зростання та розвитку організації. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи методів антикризового управління підприємств торгівлі. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «Петриківка», а також запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення методів антикризового управління ТОВ «Петриківка». Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Петриківка» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

During the work, the theoretical foundations of anti-crisis management methods of trade enterprises were considered. On the basis of theoretical material, the activity of "Petrykivka" LLC was analyzed, and measures were proposed to improve the anti-crisis management methods of "Petrykivka" LLC. The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management of "Petrykivka" LLC in practical activities and will contribute to improving the activities of domestic enterprises.
