Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 86 с., 8 таблиць, 91 джерел, 6 додатків, 1 рисунок. Об'єкт дослідження: процес формування гендерної компетентності у студентської молоді Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи формування гендерної компетентності в студентської молоді. Мета: теоретично обгрунтувати і експерементально перевірити програму підвищення гендерної компетентності у студентської молоді. Методи дослідження: спостереження, теоретичний аналіз джерел, анкетування, експеримент, порівняння, формалізація, аналіз, синтез, узагальнення. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до формування гендерної компетентності студентської молоді, що включає не лише вивчення теорії гендеру, а й передбачає формування навичок гендерної компетентності. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці соціально-педагогічної програми з формування гендерної компетентності студентської молоді. Галузь використання: заклади вищої освіти.

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (91 items), 6 addendums on 16 pages. The qualifying work volume is 117 pages long, 86 of them – body text. There are 8 tables and 1 illustration. The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of gender competence of students and features of the formation of gender competence. It defines the conditions and means of gender, gender competence and process of formation of gender competence. The research object: the process of formation of gender competence of students. The research subject: content, forms and methods of forming gender competence of student. The research purpose: theoretical background and practical program approval of increasing gender competence of students. The research tasks are: 1) to define the content of the concept of gender competence; 2) to study the content, forms and methods of forming the gender competence of student; 3) to analyze foreign and native experience of formation of gender competence; 4) to create, substantiate and experimentally approval the program of formation of gender competence.
