Соціальна робота з реінтеграції ветеранів ЗСУ

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз сучасного стану та визначення шляхів покращення процесу реінтеграції ветеранів Збройних Сил України через соціальну роботу. Об’єкт дослідження: процес реінтеграції ветеранів Збройних Сил України у соціальне життя. Предмет дослідження: соціальна робота з реінтеграції ветеранів Збройних Сил України та її ефективність у вирішенні їхніх потреб та проблем. Методи дослідження: індукція, дедукція, синтез, аналіз документів, опитування, інтерв'ю, спостереження, аналіз статистичних даних, фокус-групи. Гіпотеза: ефективна соціальна робота з реінтеграції ветеранів Збройних Сил України сприятиме покращенню їхнього соціального статусу та інтеграції в громадське життя. Висновки: 1 . Успішна реалізація програм соціальної роботи значно полегшує процес адаптації ветеранів у цивільному житті та сприяє їхній інтеграції в суспільство. 2. Соціальні працівники повинні забезпечувати доступ до різноманітних видів підтримки, від соціально-психологічної допомоги до професійної реабілітації. 3. Успішна реінтеграція ветеранів потребує співпраці між урядовими органами, громадськими організаціями та місцевою спільнотою. Тільки шляхом спільних зусиль можна забезпечити повноцінну підтримку та відновлення ветеранів у суспільстві.

EN : Objective of research: analysis of the current state and identification of ways to improve the process of reintegration of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through social work. Object of research: the process of reintegrating veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into social life. Subject of research: social work on the reintegration of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and its effectiveness in addressing their needs and problems. Methods of research: induction, deduction, synthesis, document analysis, surveys, interviews, observation, statistical data analysis, focus groups. Hypothesis: effective social work on the reintegration of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will help improve their social status and integration into public life. Conclusions: 1. Successful implementation of social work programs greatly facilitates the process of adaptation of veterans to civilian life and promotes their integration into society. 2. Social workers should provide access to a variety of support, from social and psychological assistance to vocational rehabilitation. 3. Successful reintegration of veterans requires cooperation between government agencies, non-governmental organizations and the local community. Ensuring the full support and reintegration of veterans into society can only be achieved through joint efforts.
