Особливості психологічної підтримки бійців ЗСУ під час фантомних болів

Війна в Україні підняла актуальність проблеми збереження психологічного здоров’я військовослужбовців на принципово новий рівень. Адже участь у бойових діях практично завжди супроводжується стресовою реакцією організму, яка без відповідної своєчасної кваліфікованої допомоги може призвести до несприятливих наслідків, як для самого військовослужбовця, так і для суспільства в цілому. Психологічна травматизація особового складу стає причиною зниження ефективності виконання завдань за призначенням та збільшення небойових втрат. Також вона зумовлює виникнення труднощів із соціалізацією та погіршує якість життя військовослужбовців, створює тривалі соціальні, економічні та політичні проблеми для країни. У зв’язку з цим гострою є потреба в консультаційній і психотерапевтичній допомозі різним категоріям травмованих осіб –військовослужбовцям, ветеранам, членам їхніх сімей, які переживають руйнацію звичного життя. Фантомні болі — це феномен, коли людина відчуває біль або інші відчуття в ампутованій частині тіла. Це явище, яке може виникати у кожної другої людини після ампутації. В контексті воєнних дій та військових конфліктів, фантомні болі стають особливо актуальними через значне число бійців, які отримали ампутації внаслідок бойових травм. Збройні Сили України (ЗСУ), як і багато інших військових формувань світу, стикаються з цією проблемою, що вимагає не тільки медичного, але й психологічного втручання. Наукова новизна полягає у впровадженні комплексного підходу до психологічної підтримки військовослужбовців з фантомними болями, що включає в себе не лише традиційні методи лікування, а й інноваційні стратегії, спрямовані на покращення психічного стану та якості життя цієї цільової групи.

The war in Ukraine raised the urgency of the problem of preserving the psychological health of military personnel to a fundamentally new level. After all, participation in hostilities is almost always accompanied by a stress reaction of the body, which without appropriate timely qualified help can lead to adverse consequences, both for the serviceman himself and for society as a whole. Psychological traumatization of the personnel becomes the reason for the decrease in the efficiency of the performance of the assigned tasks and the increase in non-combat losses. It also causes difficulties with socialization and worsens the quality of life of military personnel, creates lasting social, economic and political problems for the country. In this regard, there is an urgent need for counseling and psychotherapeutic help for various categories of traumatized persons - military servicemen, veterans, members of their families, who are experiencing the destruction of their usual life. Phantom pain is a phenomenon where a person experiences pain or other sensations in an amputated body part. This is a phenomenon that can occur in every second person after amputation. In the context of military operations and military conflicts, phantom pains become especially relevant due to the significant number of soldiers who have received amputations due to combat injuries. The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), like many other military formations in the world, are faced with this problem, which requires not only medical, but also psychological intervention. The scientific novelty consists in the implementation of a comprehensive approach to the psychological support of servicemen with phantom pain, which includes not only traditional methods of treatment, but also innovative strategies aimed at improving the mental state and quality of life of this target group.
