Технології менеджменту фінансових установ на прикладі діяльності ПАТ «Страхова «Оранта Січ»

Abstract

UA : Сучасні фінансові установи, зокрема страхові компанії, відіграють важливу роль у стабільності та розвитку економіки країни. Ефективне управління такими компаніями вимагає застосування сучасних технологій менеджменту, які дозволяють забезпечити конкурентоспроможність та фінансову стійкість. У цьому рефераті розглянемо технології менеджменту фінансових установ на прикладі діяльності ПАТ «Страхова компанія Оранта-Січ». Метою дослідження є вивчення та аналіз технологій менеджменту, які застосовуються у фінансових установах, зокрема на прикладі діяльності ПАТ «Страхова компанія Оранта-Січ». Це включає визначення основних напрямків розвитку, розгляд ефективних практик управління, а також оцінку впливу цих технологій на загальну продуктивність і конкурентоспроможність компанії. Об'єктом дослідження є ПАТ «Страхова компанія Оранта-Січ», яка є однією з провідних страхових компаній України. Компанія має розгалужену систему філій та представництв, що дозволяє їй ефективно надавати широкий спектр страхових послуг. Увага зосереджується на практиках менеджменту, що застосовуються в компанії для забезпечення її стабільної та ефективної роботи. Завдання 1. Проаналізувати поточний стан ПАТ «Страхова компанія Оранта-Січ», включаючи її організаційну структуру, основні види страхових послуг та фінансові показники. 2. Дослідити процеси стратегічного планування в компанії, визначити, як здійснюється SWOT-аналіз та розробка стратегічних ініціатив. 3. Оцінити маркетингові стратегії та заходи, які проводить компанія для підвищення впізнаваності бренду та залучення нових клієнтів. 4. Розробити рекомендації щодо вдосконалення технологій менеджменту в ПАТ «Страхова компанія Оранта-Січ» для підвищення її конкурентоспроможності та ефективності. Дослідження технологій менеджменту в ПАТ «Страхова компанія Оранта-Січ» дозволить глибше зрозуміти, як сучасні управлінські практики впливають на роботу фінансових установ. Результати цього дослідження можуть бути корисними не лише для самої компанії, але й для інших фінансових установ, які прагнуть покращити свої управлінські процеси та досягти стабільного розвитку в умовах високої конкуренції.

EN : Modern financial institutions, in particular insurance companies, play an important role in the stability and development of the country's economy. Effective management of such companies requires the use of modern management technologies that allow ensuring competitiveness and financial stability. In this essay, we will consider management technologies of financial institutions using the example of PJSC «Oranta-Sich Insurance Company». The purpose of the study is the study and analysis of management technologies used in financial institutions, in particular on the example of PJSC «Oranta-Sich Insurance Company». This includes determining the main areas of development, considering effective management practices, as well as assessing the impact of these technologies on the overall productivity and competitiveness of the company. The object of the study is PJSC «Oranta-Sich Insurance Company», which is one of the leading insurance companies of Ukraine. The company has an extensive system of branches and representative offices, which allows it to effectively provide a wide range of insurance services. Attention is focused on the management practices used in the company to ensure its stable and efficient operation. To analyze the current state of PJSC «Oranta-Sich Insurance Company», including its organizational structure, main types of insurance services and financial indicators. 2. Investigate strategic planning processes in the company, determine how SWOT analysis and development of strategic initiatives are carried out. 3. To evaluate marketing strategies and activities carried out by the company to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. 4. Develop recommendations for improving management technologies in PJSC «Oranta-Sich Insurance Company» to increase its competitiveness and efficiency. The study of management technologies at PJSC «Oranta-Sich Insurance Company» will allow a deeper understanding of how modern management practices affect the work of financial institutions. The results of this study can be useful not only for the company itself, but also for other financial institutions that seek to improve their management processes and achieve sustainable development in a highly competitive environment.
