Abstract

UA : Мета роботи полягає у створенні системи для автоматизації трьохзонної методичної печі в умовах металургійного виробництва. Система автоматичного регулювання тиску у методичній зоні У вступі надається огляд характеристик трьохзонної методичної печі та опис технологічного процесу термічної обробки. Далі досліджується поточний рівень автоматизації та виявляються недоліки існуючої системи. У спеціальній частині розробляється функціональна схема автоматизації методичної печі, вибираються технічні засоби автоматизації, проводяться розрахунки регулюючого органу та виконавчого механізму. Розробляються принципові електричні схеми, монтажні комутаційні схеми, схема зовнішніх з'єднань і проектується приладова шафа КВПіА. В розділі з охорони праці проводиться аналіз небезпечних та шкідливих факторів на підприємстві, розроблені заходи для їх запобігання. У розділі з економічною та організаційною частинами проводяться розрахунки необхідної кількості робочого та обслуговуючого персоналу, а також розраховується собівартість і економічний ефект від впровадження системи автоматизації.

EN : The purpose of the work is to create a system for the automation of a three-zone methodical furnace in the conditions of metallurgical production. Next, the current level of automation is investigated and the shortcomings of the existing system are revealed. In a special part, the functional scheme of automation of the methodical furnace is developed, technical means of automation are selected, calculations of the regulatory body and the executive mechanism are carried out. Basic electrical diagrams, installation switching diagrams, external connection diagram are being developed, and the instrument cabinet of the KVPiA is being designed. In the section on labor protection, an analysis of dangerous and harmful factors at the enterprise is carried out, and measures for their prevention are developed. In the section with economic and organizational parts, calculations of the required number of working and service personnel are carried out, as well as the cost and economic effect of the introduction of the automation system are calculated.
