Сучасне суспільство стикається з різноманітними викликами, серед яких особливе місце займає невизначеність майбутнього. Зміни в економічних, соціокультурних та технологічних сферах породжують нові умови, в яких люди змушені приймати важливі життєві рішення, зокрема вибір професії. У контексті загрози невизначеності та непередбачуваності, вибір професії остаточно став важливим завданням не лише для випускників шкіл та вузів, але й для тих, хто вже працює на певному ринку праці. Індивіди стикаються з потребою адаптуватися до швидкозмінюваних реалій, де традиційні шляхи кар'єрного розвитку можуть бути недостатньо ефективними. Вибір професії стає складнішим і вимагає від людини не лише знань і навичок, але й гнучкості, реалізму і здатності до самоорганізації в умовах нестабільності. Іншими словами, умови невизначеного майбутнього вимагають від кожної людини не тільки вміння адаптуватися до потреб ринку праці, а й певного рівня усвідомлення власних здібностей та пошуків оптимальних варіантів професійного розвитку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в аналізі психологічних факторів, що впливають на вибір професії в умовах невизначеного майбутнього, зокрема війни. Дослідження виявляє нові аспекти впливу соціально-економічних змін та нестабільності на професійне самовизначення молоді.

The object of research: the process of choosing a profession in the conditions of an uncertain future. Modern society faces various challenges, among which the uncertainty of the future occupies a special place. Changes in the economic, sociocultural and technological spheres create new conditions in which people are forced to make important life decisions, including the choice of a profession. In the context of the threat of uncertainty and unpredictability, choosing a profession has finally become an important task not only for graduates of schools and universities, but also for those who are already working in a certain labor market. Individuals are faced with the need to adapt to rapidly changing realities where traditional career development paths may not be effective enough. Choosing a profession is becoming more difficult and requires a person not only knowledge and skills, but also flexibility, realism and the ability to self-organize in conditions of instability. In other words, the conditions of an uncertain future require from each person not only the ability to adapt to the needs of the labor market, but also a certain level of awareness of one's own abilities and the search for optimal options for professional development. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the analysis of psychological factors influencing the choice of a profession in the conditions of an uncertain future, in particular war. The study reveals new aspects of the influence of socio-economic changes and instability on the professional self-determination of young people.
