Трансформація політичних орієнтацій населення України в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення Росії в Україну

Abstract

UA : З огляду на це, дослідження політичних орієнтацій населення є невід’ємною частиною політичної науки, адже саме вони визначають вподобання населення щодо різних аспектів політичного життя: влади, політичних лідерів, партій, рішень, рівня участі тощо, вони розкривають глибокі механізми переконань індивіда. Вивчення політичних орієнтацій також важливе з практичної сторони, тобто зі сторони здійснення влади та функціонування держави. Політики і політтехнологи, спираючись на політичні орієнтації населення, вибудовують найбільш ефективну стратегію здійснення своєї професійної, або виборчої діяльності. Політичні орієнтації також визначають те, які проблеми та питання є найбільш гострими в суспільстві, що впливає на пріоритетність їх вирішення владою. Крім того, дослідження політичних орієнтацій є важливим інструментом оцінювання ефективності політичних стратегій та рішень, воно допомагає створити відповідні комунікаційні інструменти для формування більшого обговорення в громадськості та залучення електоральної підтримки. Дослідження цієї теми також дозволяє державі розвивати та створювати правильні політичні орієнтації, оскільки це сприяє формуванню стабільного суспільства, зміцненню державних інституцій та забезпеченню громадської активності. Політичне орієнтування сприяє розумінню громадянами важливості політичної участі, гармонійним міжособистісним, соціальним відносинам та відносинам між державою (владою) та суспільством, підтримки ключових ідеологічних цінностей та ідей, на основі яких ґрунтується суспільство. У контексті розвитку українських політичних інститутів та держави вивчення політичних орієнтацій допоможе, на нашу думку, сформувати дієве та активне громадянське суспільство, орієнтоване на демократичні цінності, належну політичну культуру та активність, забезпечить ефективний діалог між владою і суспільством та розвиток верховенства права. Тобто вивчення політичних орієнтацій є основою розуміння та аналізу політичних процесів у суспільстві. Вони дозволяють не лише виявити ставлення громадян до влади, ідеологій та політичних партій, а й зрозуміти динаміку трансформації цих орієнтацій у часі та відповідно подіям різного ступеня значущості. Розуміння політичних орієнтацій є необхідним для формулювання ефективної політики, створення сприятливих умов для громадянської участі та розвитку демократичних інститутів. Вивчення цього аспекту політології допомагає відповісти на питання, що робить суспільство об’єднаним чи диференційованим, а також визначити шляхи розвитку політичної культури та сприяння соціальній стабільності.

EN : In view of this, the study of political orientations of the population is an integral part of political science, because they determine the preferences of the population regarding various aspects of political life: power, political leaders, parties, decisions, level of participation, etc., they reveal the deep mechanisms of individual beliefs. The study of political orientations is also important from the practical side, that is, from the side of the exercise of power and the functioning of the state. Politicians and political technologists, relying on the political orientations of the population, build the most effective strategy for carrying out their professional or electoral activities. Political orientations also determine which problems and issues are the most acute in society, which affects the priority of their solution by the authorities. In addition, the study of political orientations is an important tool for evaluating the effectiveness of political strategies and decisions, it helps to create appropriate communication tools for the formation of greater public discussion and attraction of electoral support. The study of this topic also allows the state to develop and create the right political orientations, as it contributes to the formation of a stable society, strengthening of state institutions and ensuring public activity. Political orientation contributes to citizens' understanding of the importance of political participation, harmonious interpersonal and social relations and relations between the state (power) and society, support of key ideological values ​​and ideas on which society is based. In the context of the development of Ukrainian political institutions and the state, the study of political orientations will, in our opinion, help to form an effective and active civil society focused on democratic values, proper political culture and activism, will ensure an effective dialogue between the government and society and the development of the rule of law. That is, the study of political orientations is the basis of understanding and analysis of political processes in society. They allow not only to reveal the attitude of citizens towards the government, ideologies and political parties, but also to understand the dynamics of the transformation of these orientations over time and according to events of varying degrees of significance. Understanding political orientations is necessary for formulating effective policies, creating favorable conditions for civic participation and developing democratic institutions. The study of this aspect of political science helps to answer the question of what makes a society united or differentiated, as well as to determine ways of developing political culture and promoting social stability.
