Об’єкт дослідження: емоційний інтелект дітей шкільного віку (10-14 років). У сучасному світі спостерігається зростаюча тривога та недостатнє почуття щастя серед дітей, особливо в юнацькому віці. Останні десятиліття показують тенденцію до зниження емоційного благополуччя у молодого покоління, де радість часто змінюється сумом та байдужістю. Замість повсякденного задоволення від життя, багато дітей відчувають лише тимчасове підняття настрою у важливі моменти. Інтерес до теми щастя та емоційного стану у юнацькому віці виходить за межі особистісного розвитку і стає питанням загального соціального значення. Зростання цього явища може бути результатом стрімкого технологічного розвитку, який породжує віртуальність у житті молодого покоління та втрату зв’язку з справжніми емоціями. Тому вивчення впливу сімейного клімату на рівень почуття щастя у юнацькому віці стає актуальним завданням сучасної психології та соціології. Актуальність теми полягає в тому, що формування емоційного інтелекту у дітей в сім’ї є ключовим фактором їхнього гармонійного розвитку, успішної соціалізації та академічної успішності. В сучасному світі, де діти стикаються з великим інформаційним навантаженням та стресом, здатність розуміти і керувати своїми емоціями набуває особливої важливості. Роль батьків у цьому процесі є незамінною, оскільки саме сім’я закладає основи емоційної грамотності, що сприяє психологічному благополуччю та здоровим міжособистісним стосункам. Recent decades have shown a trend towards a decline in emotional well-being among the younger generation, where joy is often replaced by sadness and indifference. Instead of daily enjoyment of life, many children experience only a temporary uplift at important moments. Interest in the topic of happiness and emotional state in youth goes beyond personal development and becomes a matter of general social importance. The growth of this phenomenon may be the result of rapid technological development, which creates virtuality in the life of the younger generation and the loss of connection with real emotions. Therefore, studying the influence of the family climate on the level of happiness in youth becomes an urgent task of modern psychology and sociology. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the formation of emotional intelligence in children in the family is a key factor in their harmonious development, successful socialization and academic success. In today's world, where children face a large information load and stress, the ability to understand and manage their emotions is of particular importance. The role of parents in this process is indispensable, because it is the family that lays the foundations of emotional literacy, which contributes to psychological well-being and healthy interpersonal relationships. The scientific novelty of the work consists in substantiating the influence of the atmosphere of the family environment on the development of emotional intelligence in children.
