Професійні установки є невід'ємною складовою особистісного та професійного розвитку здобувачів вищої освіти, які готуються до виходу на ринок праці. Для них важливо не тільки здобути відповідні знання та навички, але й сформувати чіткі професійні установки, що сприятимуть їхньому успішному працевлаштуванню та кар'єрному зростанню. Професійні установки – це система поглядів, переконань та ставлення особистості до професійної діяльності, яка визначає мотивацію, цінності та орієнтири в професійному житті. Вони формуються під впливом різних факторів, таких як соціальні, економічні, психологічні та освітні. Розуміння цих факторів та їхнього впливу на формування професійних установок здобувачів вищої освіти є важливим для розробки ефективних освітніх програм та підтримки молоді у процесі професійного самовизначення. In the conditions of modern society, which is characterized by dynamic changes and processes of globalization, the issues of professional self-determination and the formation of professional attitudes become especially relevant. Professional attitudes are an integral part of the personal and professional development of higher education graduates who are preparing to enter the labor market. It is important for them not only to acquire relevant knowledge and skills, but also to form clear professional attitudes that will contribute to their successful employment and career growth. Professional attitudes are a system of views, beliefs, and an individual's attitude toward professional activity that determines motivation, values, and orientations in professional life. They are formed under the influence of various factors, such as social, economic, psychological and educational. Understanding these factors and their impact on the formation of professional attitudes of higher education students is important for developing effective educational programs and supporting young people in the process of professional self-determination.
