Інституційне забезпечення менеджменту міжнародного бізнесу на мезорівні

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: виступає агропромисловий комплекс України. Предмет дослідження: інституційне забезпечення менеджменту міжнародного бізнесу. Мета роботи – це проблеми та шляхи удосконалення інституційного забезпечення інтеграції підприємств АПК України. Цілі кваліфікаційної роботи, що ставляться у відповідності з метою роботи: - розглянути теоретичні узагальнення засад економічного розвитку: інститути та інтитуціональне середовище; - розглянути інституціональні аспекти забезпечення стійкого розвитку підприємств; - охарактеризувати інституціональне середовище міжнародного бізнесу. Основними завданнями кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є: - провести дослідження інституційного забезпечення менеджменту міжнародного бізнесу аграрних підприємств; - дослідити інституційне забезпечення продовольчої безпеки держави в умовах воєнного стану - розглянути формування інституційного механізму забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств; - дослідити проблеми та шляхи удосконалення інституційного забезпечення інтеграції підприємств АПК України. Інформаційна база роботи. Наукові джерела: науково-методична література з маркетингу, публікації в наукових журналах та конференціях., фінансові звіти, інтернет-ресурси.

EN : The object of the study: the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine stands out. Research subject: institutional support of international business management. The purpose of the work is the problems and ways of improving the institutional support for the integration of Ukrainian agribusiness enterprises. The goals of the qualification work, which are set in accordance with the purpose of the work: - consider theoretical generalizations of the foundations of economic development: institutions and institutional environment; - consider the institutional aspects of ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises; - characterize the institutional environment of international business. The main tasks of the bachelor's qualification work are: - to conduct a study of institutional support for the management of international business of agrarian enterprises; - to investigate the institutional provision of food security of the state in the conditions of martial law - to consider the formation of an institutional mechanism for ensuring the international competitiveness of agricultural enterprises; - to investigate the problems and ways of improving the institutional support for the integration of Ukrainian agro-industrial complex enterprises.
