Abstract

UA : Управління фінансами є ключовим аспектом успішного функціонування будь-якого підприємства. Покращення беззбитковості дозволяє підприємству збалансувати доходи і витрати, що є основою для забезпечення фінансової стабільності та розвитку. Підвищення беззбитковості спонукає підприємство до аналізу та оптимізації своїх виробничих процесів, що сприяє підвищенню ефективності використання ресурсів і зниженню витрат. Отже, розробка управлінських рішень для покращення беззбитковості роботи підприємства є актуальною та важливою темою, яка враховує сучасні виклики та потреби бізнесу для досягнення стабільності та успіху в умовах конкурентного ринкового середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансовий стан підприємства, зокрема показники беззбитковості, які впливають на загальну ефективність фінансової діяльності підприємства. Беззбитковість є ключовим показником, який вказує на здатність підприємства генерувати достатні доходи для покриття всіх витрат без зазначення прибутку чи збитків. Дослідження спрямоване на виявлення факторів, які впливають на беззбитковість, та розробку стратегій для її покращення. Предметом дослідження є управлінські рішення, спрямовані на покращення фінансового стану підприємства шляхом збільшення рівня беззбитковості. Це охоплює аналіз поточного стану фінансів, виявлення причин недосягнення беззбитковості, розробку і впровадження стратегій та заходів для забезпечення стабільної фінансової рентабельності підприємства. Методи дослідження: аналіз фінансових звітів, виявлення причин беззбитковості: SWOT-аналіз, розробка стратегій покращення, впровадження управлінських рішень: розробка плану впровадження запропонованих стратегій та контроль за їхнім виконанням. Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра зосереджується на вдосконаленні управлінських рішень для покращення фінансового стану підприємства через підвищення рівня беззбитковості. Результатом дослідження є розробка ефективних стратегій, що сприятимуть підвищенню фінансової стійкості та конкурентоспроможності підприємства на ринку.

EN : Financial management is a key aspect of the successful functioning of any enterprise. Improving break-even allows the enterprise to balance income and expenses, which is the basis for ensuring financial stability and development. Increasing break-even encourages the enterprise to analyze and optimize its production processes, which helps to increase the efficiency of the use of resources and reduce costs. Therefore, the development of management solutions to improve the company’s profitability is a relevant and important topic that takes into account modern challenges and business needs to achieve stability and success in a competitive market environment. The object of the research is the financial condition of the enterprise, in particular, break-even indicators, which affect the overall efficiency of the enterprise’s financial activity. Break-even is a key indicator that indicates the ability of a business to generate sufficient revenue to cover all expenses without showing a profit or loss. The research is aimed at identifying factors that affect break-even and developing strategies to improve it. The subject of the study is management decisions aimed at improving the financial condition of the enterprise by increasing the level of break-even. This includes the analysis of the current state of finances, the identification of the reasons for not achieving break-even, the development and implementation of strategies and measures to ensure the stable financial profitability of the enterprise. Research methods: analysis of financial reports, identification of reasons for break-even: SWOT analysis, development of improvement strategies, implementation of management decisions: development of a plan for the implementation of proposed strategies and control over their implementation. The bachelor’s qualification work focuses on the improvement of management decisions to improve the financial condition of the enterprise by increasing the break-even level. The result of the study is the development of effective strategies that will contribute to increasing the financial stability and competitiveness of the enterprise on the market.
