Травлення металу: види, технології, перспективи та проблеми

Abstract

UA : Розширено уявлення про механізм травлення металу, види та розмірі травильних ванн, окреслено перспективи та проблеми утилізації відпрацьованих кислотних розчинів в умовах металургійного виробництва. Для умов травильного відділення цеху холодної прокатки ПАТ «Запоріжсталь», яке перейшло на соляно-кислотне травлення металу, запропоновано для відводу з технологічних ванн аерозолів, що утворюються, застосування двобортових відсмоктувачів. Проаналізовано вплив розмірів травильних ванн та температури виробничого середовища на продуктивність двохбортових відсмоктувачів. Надано рекомендації щодо напрямку реконструкції травильних ванн з урахуванням типу кислоти, що використовують, та умов праці у виробничому середовищі травильного відділення.

EN : The understanding of the mechanism of metal etching, the types and sizes of etching baths is expanded, the prospects and problems of the disposal of spent acid solutions in the conditions of metallurgical production are outlined. For the conditions of the etching department of the cold rolling shop of PJSC «Zaporizhstal», which switched to salt-acid etching of metal, the use of double-sided suction cups is proposed for the removal of formed aerosols from the process baths. The influence of the dimensions of pickling baths and the temperature of the production environment on the performance of double-sided suction cups was analyzed. Recommendations are given regarding the direction of reconstruction of pickling baths, taking into account the type of acid used and working conditions in the production environment of the pickling department.
