Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 51 сторінка, 2 малюнки, 7 таблиць, 1 додаток, 56 літературних джерел. Мета роботи – аналіз діяльності кав’ярень в м. Запоріжжі. Для досягнення мети було поставлено та вирішено такі завдання: 1. Дослідити історію розвитку кав’ярень в Україні та світі. 2. Проаналізувати діяльність кав’ярні «Coffee Life» в м. Запоріжжя. 3. Визначити перспективи розвитку кав’ярні «Coffee Life» в м. Запоріжжя. Об’єкт дослідження : кав’ярні. Предмет дослідження: діяльність кав’ярні «Coffee Life» в м. Запоріжжя. В роботі розкрито основи розвитку кав’ярень в Україні та світі. Проаналізовано діяльність кав’ярні «Coffee Life» в м. Запоріжжя. Визначено перспективи розвитку кав’ярень «Coffee Life» в м. Запоріжжя.
