Формування цифрової компетентності соціальних працівників

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз теоретичних та практичних аспектів формування цифрової компетентності у професійній діяльності соціальних працівників. Об’єкт дослідження: професійна компетентність соціальних працівників. Предмет дослідження: напрямки та інструменти формування цифрової компетентності соціальних працівників. Методи дослідження: аналіз, узагальнення, індукція, конкретизація, систематизація, аналогія, аналіз документів. Гіпотеза: розвиток цифрової компетентності соціальних працівників на основі узгодження надання соціальних послуг на різних рівнях державними та громадськими службами, а також покращення рівня професійної підготовки соціальних працівників за відповідними освітніми програмами сприятиме удосконаленню соціальної роботи. Висновки: 1. Цифрова компетентність є необхідним і на сьогоднішній день вже невід'ємним компонентом професійної компетентності сучасного фахівця соціальної роботи. Її формування пов'язане як із системою професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників, так і з організацією професійного навчання та підготовки і перепідготовки на базі організацій, закладів та установ соціальної сфери. 2. Серед нормативно-правових документів, важливих для цифровізації діяльності соціальних працівників, особливе значення мають: Розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України «Про схвалення Концепції розвитку цифрових компетентностей та затвердження плану заходів з її реалізації» (2021), Постанова «Про затвердження Положення про Єдину інформаційну систему соціальної сфери», Стратегія цифрової трансформації соціальної сфери та ін.

EN : The purpose of the study: analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of digital competence in the professional activity of social workers. Object of research: professional competence of social workers. The subject of the study: directions and tools for the formation of digital competence of social workers. Research methods: analysis, generalization, induction, concretization, systematization, analogy, document analysis. Hypothesis: the development of the digital competence of social workers based on the coordination of the provision of social services at different levels by state and public services, as well as the improvement of the level of professional training of social workers according to the relevant educational programs will contribute to the improvement of social work. Conclusions: 1. Digital competence is a necessary and nowadays already an integral component of the professional competence of a modern specialist in social work. Its formation is connected both with the system of professional training of future social workers and with the organization of professional training and training and retraining on the basis of organizations, institutions and institutions of the social sphere. 2. Among the legal documents important for the digitization of the activities of social workers, the following are of particular importance: the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On the approval of the Concept of the development of digital competences and the approval of the plan of measures for its implementation» (2021), the Resolution «On the approval of the Regulation on the Unified Information System of the social sphere», Strategy of digital transformation of the social sphere, etc.
