Abstract

UA : Робота виконана на актуальну тему управління матеріально-технічним забезпеченням підприємства сфери сільського господарства в умовах повномасштабної війни з РФ та втрати звичних та традиційних ланцюгів поставок сировини та матеріалів. Метою роботи є організація системи ефективного управління матеріально-технічним забезпеченням сировиною та матаріалами. Для досягнення поставленої мети дослідження необхідно вирішити низку наукових та навчально-дослідницьких завдань в даній роботі: - узагальнити понятійно-категоріальний апарат механізму брендингу продукції, сформувати правильну методику логістики та управління асортиментом імпорту та його експортними каналами; - проаналізувати сучасний стан розвитку ринку, стан галузі та сформулювати його проблеми у взаємовідносинах з партнерами що виникли під час воєнного стану; - знайти шлях до рішення проблем імпорту сировини вихід із проблемної ситуації методами менеджменту міжнародного бізнесу. У роботі описуються понятійно-категоріальний апарат зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, що використовується в описі проблематики організації експорту підприємства, методи та прийоми менеджменту, які передбачають відновлення поставок найбільш ефективним способом.

EN : The work is performed on a topical topic, describes the main problems of the management of a modern enterprise in the field of branding, which is of great importance for the recovery and development of the modern economy, especially in the wartime and, possibly and certainly in the postwar period. The purpose of the work is to describe the financial sphere of the enterprise, to find problems and ways of solving them using modern financial management methods. To achieve the goal of the research, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: - generalize the conceptual apparatus, form the correct methodology for solving the problem; - analyze the enterprise. industry and formulate its problems; - to find a way to solve such problems and a way out of a problematic situation. The first chapter describes the conceptual and categorical apparatus used in the description of the issues of the thesis, methods and techniques of management, which provide for solving the problem in an effective way. The second chapter describes the object of research - the relevant enterprise and the machine-building industry, the open market, which is the environment for the functioning of this business, the field of activity that represents the researcher's interest, the identified problem and the way to solve it by management methods. The work uses general scientific and special research methods, the topic is revealed consistently and logically, according to the plan.
