Abstract

Актуальність дослідження синдрому вигорання викладачів закладу вищої освіти обумовлена тим, що від стану психологічного благополуччя педагога безпосередньо залежить ефективність його професійної діяльності. В роботі проаналізовано проблему емоційного вигорання викладача закладу вищої освіти, досліджено рівень вираженості емоційного вигорання у викладачів закладу вищої освіти, вивчено особистісні якості викладача та організаційні умови його професійної діяльності, визначено професійні особливості емоційного вигорання викладача закладу вищої освіти, розроблено рекомендації з попередження синдрому емоційного вигорання. Наукова новизна полягає в розширенні уявлень про емоційне вигорання викладача закладу вищої освіти та виявленні його професійних особливостей.
