Інноваційна технологія монтажу огороджувальних конструкцій при реконструкції теплоелектростанцій

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна випускна робота для здобуття ступеня вищої освіти магіс-тра за спеціальністю 192 – Будівництво та цивільна інженерія, науковий керівник А.І. Юхименко. Інженерний інститут Запорізького національного університету. Факультет будівництва та цивільної інженерії, кафедра промислового та цивіль-ного будівництва, 2020. Виконаний аналіз умов виробництва робіт на діючих теплоелектростанціях і ви-значити основні параметр и монтажно демонтажного процесу. Розроблені нові техноло-гічні рішення заміни огороджув альних конструкцій головного корпусу ТЕС в умовах діючого виробництва, що забезпечують можливість виконання робіт по заміні конструкцій будь - якої частини будівлі. Розроблені розрахункові схеми монтажних систем, ви-конано математичне моделювання та розрахунок основних елементів оснащення за за-пропонованою технологією монтажу і демонтажу будівельних конструкцій для різних умов і пар аметрів будівельного майданчика. Виявлено технологічні можливості і обла-сті застосування монтажних систем технології безкранових монтажу в умовах діючих виробництв.

New technological solutions have been developed for replacing the enclosing structures of the main building of TPPs in the conditions of the existing production, which provide the ability to perform work on replacing structures in any part of the building. Design schemes for mounting systems have been developed, mathematical modeling and calculation of the basic equipment elements have been performed according to the proposed technology for mounting and dismantling building structures for various conditions and parameters of the construction site. The technological capabilities and areas of application of installation systems of the technology of craneless installation in the conditions of existing industries have been identified.
