Організація PR у територіальному центрі соціального обслуговування

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: є визначення основних характеристик впровадження організації PR у територіальних центрах соціального захисту населення та фактори її вдосконалення. Об’єкт дослідження: територіальні центри соціального обслуговування населення. Предмет дослідження: організація PR у територіальному центрі соціального обслуговування населення в сучасному українському суспільстві та основні чинники її оптимізації. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, структурно-функціональний, аналіз статистичних даних. Гіпотеза: застосування чіткої сучасної стратегії організації PR у територіальному центрі соціального обслуговування покращить інформування громадськості про суспільно важливі проблеми, якість надання соціальних послуг громадянам та створить позитивний імідж соціальної служби. Висновки: 1. Територіальний центр соціального обслуговування утворюється для здійснення соціального обслуговування та надання соціальних послуг громадянам, які перебувають у складних життєвих обставинах і потребують сторонньої допомоги, за місцем проживання. 2. Криза територіального центру соціального обслуговування є складним феноменом, який містить у собі потенційні загрози та небезпеку втрат руйнування налагодженої системи комунікації. 3. Запорізький міський територіальний центр соціального обслуговування населення не може оминути використання PR-технологій, тому, що їх використання потребує час та умови динамічного розвитку оточуючого середовища.

EN : Research purpose is to determine the main characteristics of the PR organization implementation in territorial centres for social protection of the population and factors for its improvement. Research object is the territorial centres for the population’s social services. Research subject is organization of PR in the territorial centre for the population’s social services in modern Ukrainian society and the main factors of its optimization. Research methods are analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, structural and functional, statistical data analysis. Research novelty lies in the measures proposed to optimize organization of PR in the territorial centres for social services. Research hypothesis is that applying a clear, modern strategy for organizing PR in a territorial centre for social services will improve public awareness of socially important issues, the quality of social services delivery to citizens and create a positive social services image. Conclusions: 1. A territorial centre for social services (provision of social services) is formed to provide social services to citizens who are in difficult life circumstances and need help at the place of residence, in the conditions of stationary, temporary or daytime stay. 2. The crisis of the territorial centre for social services is a complex phenomenon that involves potential threats and the loss risk of destruction of a well-established communication system; general tension concerning different groups of the public; creating threats to the positive organization’s image and its business reputation; sharp increase of the public interest in organization. 3. Zaporizhzhya city territorial centre for the population’s social services cannot bypass the use of PR-technologies, because it takes time and conditions of dynamic environment development.
