Abstract

UA : Розкрито методологію аналізу удосконалення адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Проаналізовано понятійно-категорійний апарат удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. З’ясовано зарубіжний досвід удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Сформовано організаційноуправлінську структуру ТОВ «НДІ«УКРЕКОПРОЕКТ». Досліджено діагностику проблем удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства (на прикладі ТОВ «НДІ «УКРЕКОПРОЕКТ»). Сформовано SWOT-аналіз удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Обґрунтовано механізми удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільств. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Розроблено практичні рекомендації удосконалення процесів адаптації керівника до нової організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства.

EN : The methodology of analysis of improvement of the leader adaptation to the new organization in the conditions of information society is revealed. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of improvement of processes of adaptation of the leader to the new organization in the conditions of the information society is analyzed. The organizational and management structure of LLC "SRI" UKREKOPROEKT" is formed. The SWOT-analysis of improvement of processes of the leader adaptation to the new organization in the conditions of information society is formed.
