Удосконалення мотиваційних механізмів управління людськими ресурсами на підприємстві в умовах ринкових відносин

Abstract

UA : Виконаний аналіз існуючих мотиваційних механізмів управління людськими ресурсами підприємства. Розглянуто організаційно - управлінську структуру ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Проаналізовані певні напрями формування ефективної системи мотивації праці на підприємстві в умовах ринку. Проведено економічне обґрунтування заходів щодо впровадження ефективних мотиваційних механізмів у управлінні людськими ресурсами на підприємстві. Надані практичні рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку мотиваційних механізмів на підприємстві ПАТ «Запоріжсталь».

EN : The analysis of existing motivational mechanisms of human resources management of the enterprise is carried out. The organizational and management structure of PJSC “Zaporizhstal” is considered. Some directions of formation of effective system of motivation of work at the enterprise in the market conditions are analyzed. The economic substantiation of measures for introduction of effective motivational mechanisms in the human resources management at the enterprise is carried out. Practical recommendations on the further development of motivational mechanisms at Zaporizhstal PJSC are given.
