Моделювання демографічних процесів в Україні

Abstract

UA : У роботі досліджено сутність демографічного розвитку та відтворення населення. Виявлення та аналіз основних показників, що характеризують демографічні процеси, а саме: кількість живонароджень, кількість смертей, кількість прибулих, кількість вибулих, кількість зайнятого населення працездатного віку, середня заробітна плата. Проаналізовано сучасну демографічну ситуацію в Україні. Побудовано концептуальні положення моделювання демографічного процесу регіонів України, що вміщує в себе три етапи моделювання демографічних процесів. Досліджено методи когнітивного моделювання демографічних процесів. Проведено динамічний кластерний аналіз демографічних процесів України за регіонами. Побудовано когнітивну модель взаємозв’язків факторів впливу на демографічний стан. Охарактеризовано сім цільових вершин (нестабільність політики держави, економічний стан, соціальна захищеність населення на державному та законодавчому рівні, природній приріст населення, навколишнє середовище, шкідливі звички, міграція населення, цільовою вершиною у знаковому графі є демографічний стан. Проаналізовано зміст зв’язків когнітивної моделі. Сформовано матрицю суміжності та проведено імпульсне моделювання. Розроблено сценарії управління демографічними процесами України.

EN : The paper explores the essence of demographic development and population reproduction. The main indicators that characterize the demographic processes, namely: the number of newborns, the number of deaths, the number of arrivals, the number of departed, the number of employed people of working age, the average wage, are identified and analyzed. The current demographic situation in Ukraine is analyzed. The conceptual provisions of modeling the demographic process of the regions of Ukraine are built, which contain three stages of modeling demographic processes. The methods of cognitive modeling of demographic processes are investigated. A dynamic cluster analysis of demographic processes in Ukraine by region was carried out. A cognitive model of the relationship of factors of influence on the demographic state is built. Seven target peaks were characterized (instability of state policy, economic status, social protection of the population at the state and legislative levels, natural population growth, environment, bad habits and population migration). The target vertex in the iconic graph is the demographic state. The content of the links of the cognitive model is analyzed. An adjacency matrix is generated and impulse modeling is performed. A scenario for managing demographic processes in Ukraine has been developed.
