Основи методики розслідування залишиння в небезпеці

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі 103 сторінок, містить 77 джерел використаної інформації. Залишення в небезпеці характерно тим, що винний не виконує обов'язки з надання допомоги особі, яка перебуває в небезпечному для життя або здоров'я стані і потребує допомоги. Крім цього, той хто потребує допомоги (хворий, безпорадний і т.п.) не може вжити заходів з порятунку свого життя самостійно, а у винного є можливість йому таку допомогу надати. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження основ методики розслідування залишення в небезпеці. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є суспільні відносини, що виникають у зв'язку з вчиненням залишення в небезпеці.Предметом дослідження є особливості розслідування залишення в небезпеці.

The aim of the thesis is a study of the criminalistics tactics of the investigation the leaving in danger.The object of study of this work is public relations emerging, developing and ending in the process of investigating the leaving in danger.The study examined the specifics of peculiarities of investigation the leaving in danger.
