Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі 108 сторінок, містить 70 джерел використаної інформації.Дослідженням питань, що стосуються визначення проблеми застосування слідчих (розшукових) дій в судах загальної юрисдикції присвятило свої праці чимало вчених. Проте, в аспекті судової реформи в Україні, досі залишаються дискусійними підходи до визначення поняття «слідчі (розшукові) дії», їх системи, мети, завдань, правомірних підстав та законного порядку їхнього проведення, а також умов визначення та засобів забезпечення їх правомірності, що підтверджує актуальність подальших досліджень цих проблем. Об’єктом дослідження є сфера суспільних відносин, що пов’язана із визначенням питання актуальності проблеми застосування слідчих (розшукових) дій в судах загальної юрисдикції в аспекті судової реформи в Україні.Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є актуальність проблеми застосування слідчих (розшукових) дій в судах загальної юрисдикції в аспекті судової реформи в Україні. Мета-визначити актуальність проблеми застосування слідчих (розшукових) дій в судах загальної юрисдикції в аспекті судової реформи в Україні.

EN : Qualifying work consists of 108 pages, contains 70 sources of information used. Many scholars have devoted their work to the investigation of issues related to determining the problem of the use of investigative (investigative) actions in courts of general jurisdiction. However, in the aspect of judicial reform in Ukraine, there are still debatable approaches to defining the notion of "investigative (investigative) actions", their systems, goals, tasks, legitimate grounds and the legal order of their conduct, as well as the conditions of definition and means of ensuring their legitimacy that confirms the relevance of further research into these issues. The subject of the research is the sphere of public relations, which is related to determining the relevance of the problem of the use of investigative (investigative) actions in courts of general jurisdiction in the aspect of judicial reform in Ukraine. The subject of the study of qualification work is the relevance of the problem of the use of investigative (investigative) actions in courts of general jurisdiction in the aspect of judicial reform in Ukraine. The purpose of the study- determine the relevance of the problem of the application of investigative (investigative) actions in courts of general jurisdiction in the aspect of judicial reform in Ukraine.
