Управління системою організації праці ПП «Ренорус»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 114 с., 6 рис., 17 табл., 57 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є ПП «Ренорус». Метою роботи є виявлення позитивних та негативних моментів в організації праці та заробітної плати на досліджуваному підприємстві, підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства на основі розроблених заходів. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається тим, що належна організація праці та заробітної плати на підприємстві допомагає боротися за режим економії, отримувати максимальний прибуток та рентабельність підприємства, враховуючи соціальний аспект діяльності. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи організації праці та заробітної плати на підприємстві. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ПП «Ренорус» та запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення системи організації праці та заробітної плати досліджуваного підприємства. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ПП «Ренорус» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

EN : Thesis for the Master’s Degree: 114 pp., 6 fig., 17 tab., 57 sources. The object of the research is PC «Renorus». The purpose is identification of positive and negative aspects in the organization of labor and payment organization at the studied enterprise, increase of profitability of the enterprise on the basis of the developed measures for improvement of the given direction of activity of the organization. The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data, expert estimates. Background of this thesis is determined by the fact that proper organization of labor and wages in the enterprise helps to fight for the economy, to maximize profits and profitability of the enterprise, considering the social aspect of the activity. During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of the System of Labour Organization of enterprises. Based on the theoretical material was analyzed the activities of the PC «Renorus» and suggested ways of improving of System of Labour Organization in this company. The specifics character of the paper consists in the fact that the results may be used in the practice of the PC «Renorus» and will contribute to improvement of activity of domestic enterprises.
