The subject of the research is the deposit policy of JSB «UKRGASBANK». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, scientific, methodological and practical provisions on the development of effective deposit policy of JSB «UKRGASBANK». The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and implementation of deposit policies by banks, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the development of effective deposit policy and strategy of JSB «UKRGASBANK» in the deposit services market. The objectives of the study: to determine the economic nature and purpose, as well as to summarize the classification of bank deposits; working out the procedure for concluding deposit contracts by banks; research on the mechanism of bank repayment of deposits and payment of interest on deposits; analysis of the organizational structure and financial and economic performance of JSB «UKRGASBANK»; assessment of the effectiveness of the bank’s deposit policy; development of practical recommendations on the development of effective deposit policy and formation of the strategy of JSB «UKRGASBANK» in the market of deposit services. The results and their novelty: improved algorithm for forming a bank strategy in the deposit market, which aims to achieve the goals and objectives of the banking institution, conduct an active advertising campaign and increase the reliability of the bank with the establishment of the optimal share of deposits in the structure of liabilities, as well as winning competitive positions on the deposit market; the bank has further developed an interpretation of the effective deposit policy of the bank, which, unlike the existing definitions, provides for an interconnected set of sound banking management and marketing measures aimed at attracting clients’ funds to various deposits, which are relatively inexpensive for the bank and attractive for its clients, which creates a solid resource base for active operations and protection against banking risks. Developments regarding the development of an effective deposit policy and the formation of the strategy of JSB «UKRGASBANK» in the market of deposit services under current conditions are of practical importance. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є опрацювання теоретико-методичних засад формування та реалізації банками депозитної політики, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку дієвої депозитної політики та стратегії АБ «УКРГАЗБАНК» на ринку депозитних послуг. Завдання дослідження: визначення економічної суті та призначення, а також узагальнення класифікації банківських депозитів; опрацювання порядку укладення банками депозитних договорів; дослідження механізму повернення банками вкладів та сплати процентів за депозитами; аналіз організаційної структури та фінансово-економічних показників діяльності АБ «УКРГАЗБАНК»; оцінка дієвості депозитної політики банку; розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку дієвої депозитної політики та формування стратегії АБ «УКРГАЗБАНК» на ринку депозитних послуг. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалений алгоритм формування стратегії банку на ринку депозитних послуг; набуло подальшого розвитку трактування дієвої депозитної політики банку. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо розвитку дієвої депозитної політики та формування стратегії АБ «УКРГАЗБАНК» на ринку депозитних послуг у сучасних умовах.
