Економічне обґрунтування впливу структури капіталу на вартість ТОВ «Еврокар»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 107 с.друкованого тексту, містить19 таблиць, 13 рисунків, 5 додатків, Перелік посилань включає 83 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є структура капіталу як фактор впливу на вартість підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації управління капіталом на підприємствах України як інструменту максимізації їх вартості. Завдання: 1) розглянути вартість підприємства як економічну категорію; 2) вивчити сутність капіталу як основу життєдіяльності підприємства; 3) дослідити структуру та джерела формування капіталу підприємства; 4) здійснити комплексне оцінювання капіталу аналізованого підприємства; 5) провести оптимізацію структури капіталу за критерієм максимізації рівня фінансової рентабельності як інструмент впливу на вартість підприємства; 6) запропонувати модель оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства за критерієм забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства; 7) запропонувати управління структурою капіталу на основі стратегічних карт як інструмент впливу на вартість підприємства. Методи дослідження: діалектичний метод пізнання економічних процесів; системний підхід; середніх та відносних величин, табличний, графічний; нормативний; критичного аналізу та узагальнення теоретичних досліджень. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено модель поетапних розрахунків щодо формування оптимальної структури капіталу за критерієм забезпечення фінансової стійкості; удосконалено науково-методичний підхід до створення системи управління структурою капіталу підприємства. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо оптимізації управління капіталом на підприємствах України.

EN : The work is presented on 107 pages of printed text, contains 19 tables,13 figures, 5 annex. The list of referеnces includes 83 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the structure of capital as a factor influencing the value of the enterprise. The aim of the qualification work is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and to develop practical recommendations for optimizing capital management at Ukrainian enterprises as a tool for maximizing their value. Tasks: 1) to consider the value of the enterprise as an economic category; 2) to study the essence of capital as the basis of the enterprise; 3) to study the structure and sources of formation of capital of the enterprise; 4) carry out a comprehensive assessment of the capital of the analyzed enterprise; 5) to optimize the capital structure by the criterion of maximizing the level of financial profitability as a tool for influencing the value of the enterprise; 6) to offer a model of optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise on the criterion of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise; 7) to offer management of the capital structure based on strategic maps as a tool for influencing the value of the enterprise. Methods: dialectical method of knowing economic phenomena and processes – to establish the essential meaning of the categories «enterprise value» and «enterprise capital»; systematic approach – when justifying the system of measures to improve the management of the capital structure as a tool for influencing the value of the enterprise; average and relative values, tabular, graphical – when analyzing the formation and use of capital at the enterprise; normative – in the analysis and evaluation of financial relative indicators; of critical analysis and generalization of theoretical research – for theoretical generalization of the obtained results and formulation of conclusions. The results: – the model of step-by-step calculations for the formation of an optimal capital structure by the criterion of preservation or ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise, which allows not only to quickly and optimally structure the capital of the enterprise in its property and financial incarnations, but also specifies successive steps of forming an optimal target capital structure by the chosen criterion; – the scientific and methodological approach to the creation of the enterprise capital structure management system, which is based on establishing the interconnection of the basic functions of the capital structure management, the development of a balanced system of indicators for the management of the capital structure, the use of the strategic map of the capital structure management, which allows for constant monitoring of the capital structure, implement decisions on its correction, rationalization and optimization, determine its impact on the effectiveness of sub In the end, it maximizes the value of the enterprise. The recommendations on optimizing capital management at Ukrainian enterprises are of practical importance.
