Модернізація стратегічного планування ПАТ «Карлівський машинобудівний завод»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 115 с.друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 5 додатків, Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного планування на машинобудівних підприємствах, його ефективність та аналіз. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів організації стратегічного планування машинобудівних підприємств. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є модернізація стратегічного планування на машинобудівних підприємствах та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо моделей стратегічного планування, стратегій розвитку підприємства. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення; дедуктивний; фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення; ситуаційного аналізу; критичного аналізу та узагальнення теоретичних досліджень. Інформаційною базою дослідження є законодавчі та нормативно-правові акти, фахова література, матеріали наукових конференцій та періодичних видань, статистичні дані ПАТ «Карлівський машинобудівний завод», результати власних досліджень та проведеного аналізу. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами галузі машинобудування, а саме, управлінським персоналом, розгляд необхідності модернізації стратегічного планування та застосовування розроблених моделей планування та стратегії розвитку.

EN : The work is presented on 115 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 15 figures, 5 annex. The list of refernces includes 74 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of strategic planning at machine-building enterprises, its effectiveness and analysis. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the organization of strategic planning of machine-building enterprises. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to modernize strategic planning at machine-building enterprises and to develop practical recommendations on models of strategic planning, enterprise development strategies. Research methods: logical generalization; deductive; financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary; situational analysis; critical analysis and generalization of theoretical studies. The information base of the research is legislative and regulatory acts, professional literature, materials of scientific conferences and periodicals, statistics of PLC "Karlovsk Machine-Building Plant", the results of its own research and analysis. In the course of qualification work, models of strategic planning, strategy of development of the studied enterprise were developed and strategy of activity of machine-building enterprises was formed. The results of the study can be applied by the enterprises of the mechanical engineering industry, namely, management personnel, consideration of the need for modernization of strategic planning and application of the developed planning models and development strategies. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following main provisions: improved methodology of strategic planning; received a further development strategy; the model of development of strategic planning of machine-building enterprise is developed; a development strategy has been formed. The mechanical engineering industry has a significant impact on the economy of the country compared to other industries in terms of revenues to the State Budget. However, for today, the studied industry is weakening its influence, because in the country are not stable economic and political situation, many machine-building enterprises are in crisis, and every year more and more of them. Mechanical engineering companies require quality strategic planning. However, planning approaches need to be modernized, as existing approaches are ineffective under current conditions. Due to the proper planning of the activity of the company, the management staff is able to develop a further strategy of work and improve the financial condition of the enterprise, to take a more stable position in the market.
