Удосконалення структури оборотних коштів ПАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 110 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 7 додатків, Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є структура оборотних коштів досліджуваного підприємства – ПАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Предметом дослідження є сукупність методів щодо удосконалення структури оборотних коштів на підприємстві. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення теоретичних основ організації оптимальної структури оборотних коштів та її впливу на фінансовий стан підприємства, проведення аналізу джерел фінансування оборотних коштів, а також пошук напрямів вдосконалення структури оборотних коштів на підприємстві. Завдання: 1) вивчити теоретичні засади управління оборотними коштами та формування оптимальної їх структури; 2) провести аналіз стану та стуктури оборотних коштів на досліджуваному підприємстві; 3) визначити джерела формування оборотних коштів на досліджуваному підприємстві; 4) визначити напрями та шляхи удосконалення структури оборотних коштів досліджуваного підприємства. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансового та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: 1) проаналізовано стан та структуру оборотних коштів підприємства; 2) визначено джерела формування оборотних коштів; 3) удосконалено структуру оборотних коштів підприємства; 4) визначено шляхи оптимізації обсягу структурних елементів оборотних коштів підприємства та джерел їх фінансування. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами для покращення ефективності використання оборотних коштів.

EN : The work is presented on 110 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 20 figures, 7 annex. The list of refernces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the structure of working capital of the investigated enterprise - PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator». The subject of the study is a set of methods for improving the structure of working capital at the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations of the organization of the optimal structure of working capital and its impact on the financial condition of the enterprise, to analyze the efficiency of the use of working capital, as well as to find directions for improving the structure of working capital at the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solution of complex issues related to the improvement of the working capital structure of the industrial enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator». The study gave the following scientific results: - the efficiency of use, condition and structure of working capital of the enterprise are analyzed; - the structure of working capital of the enterprise has been improved; - the ways of optimizing the volume of structural elements of working capital of the enterprise are determined. The results of the research are aimed at the evaluation and improvement of the working capital structure of the industrial enterprise of РJSC «Zaporizhtransformator» and can be implemented in the practice of industrial enterprises. The implementation of the proposed recommendations in practice will ensure the formation of an optimal structure of working capital of the enterprise and the formation of an effective system of management of working capital at the enterprise.
