Фінансовий потенціал та механізм його формування страхової організації СГ «ТАС»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 112 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 19 таблиць, 11 рисунків, 10 додатків, Перелік посилань включає 62 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес створення фінансового потенціалу страхової компанії. Предметом дослідження є сукупність методичних, теоретичних та організаційно-прикладних аспектів формування фінансового потенціалу страхової компанії. Метою даної кваліфікаційної роботи є систематизація теоретико-методологічних і організаційних підходів до формування фінансового потенціалу страхових компаній, дослідження механізму його формування, а також розробка рекомендацій щодо покращення якості фінансового потенціалу. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та інші. Одержані результати: удосконалено методику оцінки фінансового потенціалу страховика; проаналізовано структуру власного капіталу, а також його основні елементи проаналізовано основні аспекти формування фінансового потенціалу СГ «ТАС» та його показників у розрізі страхових та інвестиційних операцій, наведені шляхи покращення якості фінансового потенціалу страхової компанії. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо організації та вдосконалення системи контролю та управління фінансовим потенціалом СГ «ТАС».

The object of the study is the process of building the financial potential of an insurance company. The subject of research is a set of methodological, theoretical and organizational-applied aspects of formation of financial potential of an insurance company. The purpose of this qualification work is to systematize theoretical, methodological and organizational approaches to the formation of financial potential of insurance companies, to study the mechanism of its formation, and to develop recommendations for improving the quality of financial potential. Methods of study: logical generalization, deductive, financial and economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary and other. Obtained results: - improved methodology for assessing the financial potential of the insurer; - the objects of activity of the insurer in accordance with the legislative framework were identified; -the necessity of achieving the strategic goal of doing business while complying with the requirements for the mechanism of forming the financial potential of the insurer has been formed; - the structure of own capital is analyzed, as well as its main elements are analyzed the main aspects of forming the financial potential of the TAS Insurance Group and its indicators in the context of insurance and investment operations; - the specifics of financial management in the field of insurance business are shown - ways of improving the quality of the financial potential of the insurance company. The recommendations for organizing and improving the system of control and management of the financial potential of the TAS Insurance Group are of practical importance.
