Вдосконалення системи забезпечення фінансової стабільності ПАТ «ПУМБ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 3 рисунки, 2 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 79 джерел, з них 11 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси забезпечення ефективного функціонування та розвитку ПАТ «ПУМБ». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає у теоретичному узагальненні сутності фінансової стабільності розвитку банку та розробці методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на вдосконалення оцінки та покращення стабільності функціонування банків. Завдання: 1) дослідити основні підходи щодо розкриття сутності фінансової стабільності, фактори впливу; 2) провести аналіз фінансового стану та оцінку фінансової стабільності банка ПАТ «ПУМБ»; 3) врахувати фінансові ризики з метою забезпечення фінансової стабільності; 4) провести інтегральну оцінку фінансової стабільності. Методи досліджень: логіко-діалектичний, системний, та аналітичний; методи математичного моделювання та добування даних; графічний та побудови таблиць. Одержані результати та їх новизна: набули подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «фінансової стабільності»; методичний підхід до формування інтегральної оцінки. Вперше побудовано рейтингову модель інтегрального показника фінансового стану ПАТ «ПУМБ». Практичне значення мають запропоновані в роботі теоретичні узагальнення та методичні рекомендації спрямовані на забезпечення фінансової стабільності ПАТ «ПУМБ ».

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 3 figures, 2annex. The list of refernces includes 79 sources, 11 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the processes of ensuring the effective functioning and development of PJSC «PUMB». The purpose of the qualification work is to theoretically summarize the essence of the financial stability of the bank's development and to develop methodological approaches and practical recommendations aimed at improving the assessment and improving the stability of banks. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and method of mathematical modelling. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solution of complex issues related to ensuring the financial stability of PUMB. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation: Got further development:  defining the category of «financial stability» as a complex characteristic that determines the financial capacity of the bank to operate continuously within acceptable tolerances of qualitative and quantitative economic parameters, as well as to maintain financial equilibrium and ability to withstand internal and external negative influences, ability to optimally distribute financial resources high financial results and minimization of banking risks;  methodological approach of the integrated system of evaluation and assurance of financial stability; For the first time, the rating model of the integral index of financial state of PJSC «PUMB» was constructed. The results of the studies are aimed at analyzing the financial condition and assessing the financial stability of PJSC «PUMB» and can be put into practice in the Bank.
