Стратегічні перспективи відтворення основних виробничих фондів промислових підприємств на прикладі ПАТ «ХАРКІВСЬКИЙ ТРАКТОРНИЙ ЗАВОД»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 93 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 7 рисунків, 9 додатків, Перелік посилань включає 85 джерел, з них 9 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес відтворення основних виробничих фондів промислових підприємств. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів процесу відтворення основних виробничих фондів підприємств машинобудування. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу та пошуку стратегічних перспектив відтворення основних виробничих фондів підприємств машинобудування. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, кореляційного аналізу; економетричного моделювання, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: запропоновано визначення понять «основні виробничі фонди» та «амортизаційна політика»; удосконалено методику використання інтегрального показника; запропоновано до використання регресійну та факторну моделі; визначено шляхи ефективного використання основних виробничих фондів; систематизовано стратегічні проблеми та виявлено можливості залучення фінансових ресурсів для їх відтворення. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами машинобудування, зокрема, економетричну, факторну моделі та інтегральний показник з метою оцінки та визначення впливу показників діяльності підприємства на обсяги та ефективність використання основних виробничих фондів.

EN : The work is presented on 93 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables,7 figures, 9annex. The list of refernces includes 85 sources, 9 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of reproduction of main production funds of industrial enterprises. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and work out practical recommendations for improving the process of finding strategic prospects for the reproduction of main production funds of machine-building enterprises. Methods of research: logical generalization; deduction; financial, economic and statistical analysis; correlation analysis; econometric modeling; comparison; summation etc. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation: Got further development: – definition of the “main production funds” category as part of the assets of the enterprise, which is formed for the purpose of their use in the production activity for more than one year and transfers its value to the manufactured products in the form of amortization in connection with moral and physical wear and tear; – definition of the “amortization policy” category as the purposeful activity of an enterprise to create its own financial resources to ensure the reproduction of main production funds through the use of the optimal method of calculation and control of the targeted use of accumulated funds; – the method of using the integral index has been improved; – proposed regression and factor model; – ways of efficient use of main production funds have been identified; – strategic problems have been systematized and opportunities for attracting financial resources for reproduction of main production funds have been identified. The results of the research can be applied by machine-building enterprises, in particular, econometric, factor models and integral metrics, in order to evaluate and determine the impact of enterprise activity indicators on the volumes and efficiency of use of main production funds. The possibility of creating a technopark and an industrial cluster on the unused territory and infrastructure of an enterprise is offered. This is an opportunity to form strategic prospects for the main production funds through the involvement of venture investors and government funding.
