Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 118 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 18 figures, 2 annex. The list of refernces includes 66 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is a diagnostic tool for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodical and practical issues of development of diagnostic tools of competitive evaluation of JSC «Elvorti». The purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop a diagnostic tool for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as to substantiate the directions of increasing the competitiveness level of JSC «Elvorti». Research objectives: determination of the economic essence of enterprise competitiveness; research of the algorithm of formation of the mechanism of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise; development of modern diagnostic tools for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise; study of organizational and economic aspects of the enterprise and analysis of financial and economic indicators of JSC «Elvorti»; evaluation of the competitiveness of JSC «Elvorti»; improving the diagnostic toolkit for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise; identification of factors of negative influence and justification of directions of increase of competitiveness. The results obtained and their novelty: improved diagnostic tools for assessing the level of competitiveness of the enterprise; the definition of the mechanism of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise was further developed. Developments to identify the factors of negative impact and justification of the ways of increasing the competitiveness of JSC «Elvorti» are of practical importance, namely: improving the efficiency of the personnel management system and motivation of work activity; development of innovative activity and wider introduction of new and energy-saving technologies; activation of investment activity of the enterprise; increase of business activity of the enterprise and efficiency of management of current assets; strengthening financial sustainability; diversification of financial resources to optimize their structure; development of strategic marketing in order to expand its share in the international market and meet the needs of domestic consumers.

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток діагностичного інструментарію оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства, а також обґрунтування напрямів підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності АТ «Ельворті». Завдання дослідження: визначення економічної сутності конкурентоспроможності підприємства; дослідження алгоритму формування механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства; опрацювання сучасного діагностичного інструментарію оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства; вивчення організаційно-економічних аспектів роботи підприємства й аналіз фінансово-економічних показників АТ «Ельворті»; оцінювання конкурентоспроможності АТ «Ельворті»; вдосконалення діагностичного інструментарію оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства; виявлення факторів негативного впливу й обґрунтування напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалений діагностичний інструментарій оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства; набуло подальшого розвитку визначення механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Практичне значення мають розробки з виявлення факторів негативного впливу й обґрунтування напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності АТ «Ельворті».
