Аналіз фінансового стану підприємства ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна» та основні напрями його поліпшення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 91 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 21 рисунків, 3 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 66 джерел, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації діяльності з діагностики та аналізу фінансового стану підприємства ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретичних положень та розробка наукових рекомендацій щодо поліпшення фінансового стану підприємства, на прикладі ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна» в ринкових умовах господарювання. Завдання: 1) визначити фактори, які впливають на фінансовий стан підприємства та методи його оцінки; 2) провести оцінку фінансового стану та підприємства ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна»; 3) розробити стратегію управління фінансовою діяльністю підприємства; 4) удосконалити методику оцінювання фінансового стану підприємства. Методи дослідження: методи аналізу, синтезу, теоретичного узагальнення; статистичного, економічного та системного аналізу; економіко-математичного моделювання; графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: набули подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «фінансовий стан»; методичний підхід до підвищення фінансового стану шляхом оцінки потенціалу підприємства Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо управління фінансово-господарською діяльністю для підвищення фінансового стану ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна» шляхом визначення та дотримання стратегії його діяльності а також експертної оцінки потенціалу його діяльності на основі наведених розрахунків.

EN : The work is presented on 91 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 21 figures, 3 annex. The list of refernces includes 66 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of organizing activities for diagnostics and analysis of the financial condition of the JSC Carlsberg Ukraine. The practical implementation of the system of assessment of financial condition to improve the management of its financial and economic activities involves the development of a theoretically sound methodological base that reflects the current requirements. Today, there is a need for an in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological bases of analysis and evaluation of the financial state of the enterprise, as well as the relevance of the problems studied in the qualification work in scientific and practical terms. The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical provisions and the development of scientific recommendations for improving the financial condition of the enterprise, on the example of JSC Carlsberg Ukraine in market conditions of management. Objectives: 1) to determine the factors that affect the financial condition of the enterprise and methods of its assessment; 2) to carry out an assessment of the financial condition and enterprise of JSC Carlsberg Ukraine; 3) develop a strategy for managing the financial activity of the enterprise; 4) improve the method of assessing the financial condition of the enterprise. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the work of domestic and foreign experts in the field of assessing the financial condition of enterprises. The following methods are used in the work: logical generalization - for generalization of scientific experience in the investigated problems and teaching of the sequence of provisions of qualification work; deductive - to study the theoretical aspects of assessing financial condition; financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary – when assessing the financial condition of the enterprise; situational analysis – when developing recommendations for managing financial and economic activities to improve financial condition; critical analysis and generalization of theoretical studies – for the theoretical generalization of the results obtained and the formulation of conclusions. The information base of the research is legislative and regulatory acts, professional literature, materials of scientific conferences and periodicals, statistics of JSC Carlsberg Ukraine, the results of own research and analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: have been further developed: interpretation of the category “financial condition”; methodical approach to improving the financial condition by assessing the potential of the enterprise The recommendations on managing financial and economic activity for improving the financial condition of PJSC Carlsberg Ukraine by determining and adhering to its strategy of activity and expert evaluation of its activity potential based on the above calculations are of practical importance.
