Аналіз ефективності стратегії розвитку ТОВ «АПК - Інвест»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 112 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 8 таблиць, 26 рисунків, 2 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 81 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає формування стратегії розвитку ТОВ «АПК- Інвест» в умовах посилення міжнародної конкуренції.. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-прикладні засади аналізу використання стратегії розвитку підприємствами АПК. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробці методичних положень, а також практичних рекомендацій щодо аналізу ефективності стратегії розвитку сільськогосподарського підприємства. У процесі виконання роботи, для досягнення поставленої мети, були використані такі загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи і прийоми: метод індукції та дедукції, групування та порівняння, логічний метод, а також метод порівняння, методи конкретизації, діалектичний метод, аналіз, синтез, абстрагування та ідеалізація. Використовувались методи системного підходу, статистичного аналізу, моделювання. Одержані результати: досліджено світовий досвід формування та впровадження стратегії розвитку на підприємствах АПК; оцінено ефективність впровадження стратегії розвитку підприємства ТОВ «АПК-Інвест»; запропоновано пріоритетні напрямів удосконалення аналізу формування та впровадження стратегії розвитку на підприємстві АПК. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами АПК, при формуванні стратегії розвитку, та аналізі ефективності її впровадження.

EN : The work is presented on 112 pages of printed text, contains 8 tables, 26 figures, 2annex. The list of refernces includes 81 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is to formulate a strategy for the development of APK-Invest LLC in the conditions of increased international competition. The subject of the research is theoretical and applied principles of the analysis of the use of the development strategy by the agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to theoretically substantiate and develop methodological provisions, as well as practical recommendations for analyzing the effectiveness of the agricultural enterprise development strategy. In the process of performing the work, the following general and special methods and techniques were used to achieve this goal: the induction and deduction method to refine the conceptual apparatus of the enterprise strategy; methods of theoretical generalization, grouping and comparison - to determine the main directions and effectiveness of the enterprise strategy; the logical method and the comparison method were used to evaluate the financial condition of the enterprise; methods of specification, dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, abstraction and idealization. Methods of systematic approach, statistical analysis, modeling were used. The information base for writing the master's thesis were: articles, monographs, periodicals that explored the problems of formation and use of financial resources, as well as general information about APK-Invest LLC and its financial statements. Obtained results: The world experience of forming and implementation of the development strategy at the agricultural enterprises was investigated; efficiency of implementation of the enterprise development strategy of APK-Invest LLC was evaluated; Priority directions of improvement of the analysis of forming and implementation of the development strategy at the agro-industrial enterprise are offered. The results of the study can be applied by the agroindustrial complex enterprises in formulating the development strategy and analyzing the effectiveness of its implementation.
