Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 27 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 2 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси попередження та формування економічних напрямів запобігання фінансової кризи на підприємстві ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних засад формування системи менеджменту фінансової санації ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Завдання: дослідити сутність, роль та значення фінансової санації в діяльності підприємства; розглянути особливості здійснення фінансової санації в системі антикризового управління підприємством; розглянути моделі фінансової санації підприємства; здійснити аналіз фінансової спроможності промислового підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор»; надати оцінку кризового стану підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор» на основі вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду; обґрунтувати заходи щодо підвищення ефективності менеджменту фінансової санації підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Методи досліджень: системний, узагальнення, аналізу і синтезу, аналітичний, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено діагностику санаційної спроможності підприємства на основі застосування методичного підходу, що передбачає використання одиничних і групових індикаторів санаційного потенціалу та комп¬лексної платоспроможності (стійкості) підприємства. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо оцінювання санаційної спроможності ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор» та доцільності фінансового оздоровлення підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 27 tables, 15 figures, 2 annex. The list of refernces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of prevention and formation of economic directions of financial crisis prevention at the enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator». The subject of the research is theoretical provisions, scientific-methodological approaches and practical aspects of management of financial rehabilitation of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the financial rehabilitation management system of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator». Objectives: to investigate the nature, role and importance of financial rehabilitation in the activity of the enterprise; to consider the peculiarities of financial rehabilitation in the system of crisis management of the enterprise; to consider models of financial rehabilitation of the enterprise; to carry out the analysis of financial capacity of the industrial enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator»; to provide an assessment of the crisis situation of the enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator» on the basis of domestic and foreign experience; to substantiate measures to improve the efficiency of financial rehabilitation management of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator» enterprise. Research methods: system, generalization, analysis and synthesis, analytical, graphic. The results obtained and their novelty: the concept of "reorganization" has been further developed, which should be understood as the economic and legal relations between the entities that arise during the introduction of a system of measures to satisfy in full or in part the requirements of creditors and to improve the financial and economic condition of the debtor in the long run, based on the development and realization of rehabilitation potential; the diagnostics of the enterprise's remediation capacity has been improved based on the application of a methodological approach, which involves the use of single and group indicators of remediation potential and complex solvency (stability) of the enterprise. Practical importance is the development of assessing the rehabilitation capacity of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator» and the feasibility of financial rehabilitation of the enterprise.
