Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 121 pages of printed text, contains 22 tables, 13 figures, 3 annex. The list of refernces includes 82 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the process of formation and functioning of the financial mechanism for ensuring the life of the enterprise. The aim of the qualification work is to development of theoretical and methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations for improving the processes of formation and functioning of the financial mechanism for ensuring the life of the enterprise in market conditions. Tasks: 1) to study the nature and components of the financial mechanism; 2) consider the peculiarities of the functioning of the financial mechanism; 3) explore the peculiarities of financial resources management as an element of the financial mechanism; 4) to evaluate the financial mechanism of ensuring the life of the enterprise; 5) improve the methodology for evaluating the efficiency of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise; 6) to develop organizational principles of functioning of the financial mechanism for ensuring the life of the enterprise; 7) propose ways to improve the efficiency of the financial mechanism. Methods: analysis and synthesis – to study the object and object of study; comparison – for comparison of actual data of reporting and previous years; average and relative values –- to summarize the quantitative characteristics of financial condition, efficiency of formation and use of financial resources; tabular and graphical – to show relationships between financial metrics normative – in the analysis and evaluation of financial relative indicators; of critical analysis and generalization of theoretical studies – for theoretical generalization of the obtained results and formulation of conclusions. The results: – methodical approach to the estimation of the efficiency of formation of financial resources of the enterprise within the limits of functioning of its financial mechanism on the basis of calculation of an integrated indicator of the type of efficiency of formation of financial resources, which includes the following ratios: the ratio of working capital and stocks; the ratio of working capital to the balance sheet currency; financing ratio; Beaver coefficient. The application of the proposed complex methodology allows to trace the reasons for the change (increase or decrease) of the efficiency of the formation of financial resources, depending on changes in the components of the integral indicator; – further developed theoretical models of the network of interactions of management entities in the functioning of the financial mechanism to ensure the life of the enterprise on the basis of structural and decomposition analysis of organizational principles of the functioning of the financial mechanism, the established hierarchy and typology of its tasks on the basis of a systematic approach, which allowed to establish the most consistent sequence effective elements of control over the functioning of the financial mechanism of life support enterprises. The practical significance of the master's qualification work is that the recommendations obtained as a result of the study can be applied at domestic enterprises in order to improve the parameters of the life of the enterprise on the basis of improving the processes of formation and functioning of financial mechanisms.

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних підходів та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесів формування й функціонування фінансового механізму забезпечення життєздатності підприємства в ринкових умовах господарювання. Завдання: 1) вивчити суть та складові фінансового механізму; 2) розглянути особливості функціонування фінансового механізму; 3) дослідити особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами як елемент фінансового механізму; 4) провести оцінку фінансового механізму забезпечення життєздатності підприємства; 5) удосконалити методику оцінювання ефективності формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства; 6) розробити організаційні засади функціонування фінансового механізму забезпечення життєздатності підприємства; 7) запропонувати шляхи підвищення ефективності функціонування фінансового механізму. Методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез; порівняння; середніх та відносних величин; табличний, графічний; нормативний; критичного аналізу та узагальнення теоретичних досліджень. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методичний підхід до оцінки ефективності формування фінансових ресурсів в межах функціонування фінансового механізму; дістали подальшого розвитку теоретичні моделі мережі взаємодій суб’єктів управління при функціонуванні фінансового механізму. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації з підвищення ефективності процесів формування й функціонування фінансового механізму.
