Облік та аналіз фонду оплати праці на СФГ «Софія»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 129 с., 21 рис., 26 табл., 7 додатків, 49 літературних джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організація бухгалтерського обліку розрахунків з оплати праці та застосування методики аналізу фонду оплати праці на селянському фермерському господарстві «Софія». Метою даної кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних аспектів обліку заробітної плати, комплексний аналіз проблем оплати праці на підприємстві та розробка напрямів удосконалення використання трудових ресурсів та фонду оплати праці на підприємстві за результатами проведеного аналізу. Методи дослідження: синтез (дослідження економічної сутності, форм та систем оплати праці в Україні); історичний і логічний методи (для дослідження передумов виникнення й об‘єктивних закономірностей еволюції понятійно-категоріального апарату з проблем праці, її оплати та обліку на різних етапах розвитку суспільства); аналіз (для дослідження складу, структури та динаміки фонду оплати праці на досліджуваному підприємстві); порівняння (для зіставлення даних підприємства у динаміці); факторний аналіз (для визначення впливу факторів на фонд оплати праці та продуктивність праці); абстрактно-логічний (використано в процесі теоретичних узагальнень і формулювання висновків). За результатами проведеного дослідження запропоновано напрями вдосконалення обліку розрахунків з оплати праці на підприємстві.

The object of the study is the process of organizing the accounting of payroll calculations and the application of the method of analysis of the payroll fund at the Peasant Farm Sofia. The purpose of this qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of wage accounting, to comprehensively analyze the problems of remuneration at the enterprise and to develop directions for improving the use of labor resources and the remuneration fund at the enterprise based on the results of the analysis. Research methods: synthesis (study of economic nature, forms and systems of remuneration in Ukraine); historical and logical methods (to study the preconditions for the emergence and objective regularities of the evolution of the conceptual and categorical apparatus for labor problems, its payment and accounting at different stages of society); analysis (to study the composition, structure and dynamics of the payroll fund at the studied enterprise); comparison (to compare enterprise data in dynamics); factor analysis (to determine the impact of factors on the payroll and productivity); abstract-logical (used in the process of theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions). According to the results of the conducted research, the directions of improvement of accounting of payments on labor remuneration at the enterprise are suggested.
